?Chris Rawlings?Wow I was blown away with his knowledge, experience & professionalism. I am in a very difficult situation with another estate agent. Chris was able to give me the most amazing advice of which I am putting into play as of now. He told me his honest opinion even if this meant not good news for myself, of which I truly admire.In the near or distant future I will only be using Chris. We are sooo happy with Zaheda, Jeremy and Amy for their help with our property transaction !! Simply brilliant from beginning to end ! - Highly professional, kept us up to date every step of the way !! & managed expectations very very well :)!! From start to finish I have received great service from Bairstow Eves Barkingside. I called them to book an appointment to value 2 properties and they got back to me within 3 days, for appointments for both properties at convenient times.On the day of the appointment the manager Chris exceeded expectations. He was professional and provided great insight to my properties. He suggested combining the appointments so that a second appointment was not needed and he even shuttled me between the two, and dropped me back home to make things even easier for me. Overall 5/5 stars. Many thanks for such a great service!

Big thanks are due to Amy Burrows of Bairstow Eves, Barkingside, for the way she conducted our Open Day on Saturday. We had ten viewings and it was brilliantly managed. Thanks also due to her colleagues Jeremy & Zaheeda. Now the offers are starting to come in!
