I got a £60 parking ticket at this BQ car because one half of one of the wheels was over marked line. BQ chooses to use the scamming parking company therefore I will now choose to spend my money somewhere else.

The guy a desk on 10/01 around 7pm mistakenly got the wrong wall color. I had requested 5L of ?North Driftwood,? but since it was unavailable ( I suppose) , the young staff member at the desk provided ?Driftwood,? claiming it was the same color under a different name. Does it seem the same colour ? I had the 2 rooms painted in the same colour and I needed extra. I am left for the weekend with an undone Job and the paint is not refundable.

No staff to deal with click and collect order standing there like a lemon for a while, and no other staff around.
Ended up picking up item from the shelf. No point doing click and collect at this store.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sai at B&Q, and I cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond to help us design and build our bathroom and toilet from scratch, patiently sitting down with us to ensure every detail was perfect. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made the entire process so much easier. We honestly couldn?t have done it without him! If you're ever at B&Q, make sure to ask for Sai ? his customer service is exceptional!

I'm not a professional to be able to judge the products but I'm a customer and I can judge at least the service I'm disappointed because every time I'm looking for something I have to look around where most of the employees are hiding, except for one that I'm very happy to have ' this Store if I remember its name correctly I think it's called alzin Or something like that. In general, the store has the products organized and uniform for the customer, but the service is disappointing. Please make the service a little better thanks

Nikki, Henry and Pete all provide an amazing service. Henry help with getting the correct sizing to order my floor and Nikki went above and beyond to find out where the flooring was being held in order for me to get it within the time frame I needed it by. Thank you to you all ??

Me and my mother visited the store today 5/07/2024, the woman on the collection side till wasn't helpful.
We had a issue with authorisation payment on the flexi app,she was rude ? made face expression commenting that the staff are not allowed to assist regarding the flexible app.
The manager of the store useless taking his colleague side not worrying up the customer's stuck.
The only staff member in the store (the security guard) very friendly,approachable difused the situation.
Unfortunately very bad experience ?.
