My daughter loves the cinnamon nuggets and every time we go to the Exchange, we stop by the shop. It?s only this time when I realised that their price list is not correctly displayed. As you can see, the menu says ?FROM? £4.50 for nuggets which is unacceptable. I actually paid £4.70, but it won?t be long when I might pay 5.70 or whatever price they want me to!On top of that, Daniela was a bit snappy when explaining the situation with the prices, not even apologising for the incorrect price display.

UberEated three cinnamon pretzels and a Diet Coke, I can see on the receipt was made by Daniela at 11 am. Thanks for my order! I requested for it to be kept warm if possible and when I got it like 20 minutes later it was warm and fresh to eat! Thanks again ! Xx

I ordered some pepperoni pizza bites to take away. They said i had to wait 20 minutes and I did, I went or collect my order and they said it?s not ready yet but they literally gave two of them to another customer right in front of me. When I asked about it they said it?s not ready yet and I confronted them and asked why she just gave it to another customer who had just paid for them and the staff was rude about it and told me to wait another 10 minutes. This has happened twice now, I love the food but i?m disappointed with the customer service.

I visit nearly every day. The coffee is to my taste. the service is very friendly and responsive. The only problems that I see are from awkward demanding customers.
