Jigna has been with us for about five years now and really cares about my mom. She is always on time, has very little time off and is totally conversant with my mom?s extended requirements such as GP contact and medication. Jigna is indeed an asset to our family life and gets on well with all members and visitors. Even our dog, Ruby, loves her!

We?ve been using AC for nearly 5 yrs and couldn?t be more happier. Excellent calibre of carers and very attentive staff that immediately take your call or text back with supportive messages. Highly recommend them.

Although I have not made use of their services yet, I have had a consultation meeting and setup home visit timings etc.So far I have found them to be very good.

I would highly recommend Ask Care I used them for my mother who had advanced dementia and my father who had end stage cancer. I had used 2 other agencies but the care and service provided by Ask Care was exceptional. The carers were respectful, very courteous, sympathetic and understanding of the needs of my parents. They were flexible and willing to go the extra mile. They came on time and sometimes worked beyond their time to make sure everything was done. The administration/management team were efficient and accommodating I can?t thank them enough.

The care I receive from my carers is very professional. They are always on time. They always make me feel safe. I am bed bound they treat me with dignity and always give me a choice every morning , on my dressing, my hairstyle etc.The care company always at the end of the phone when I need them .I will recommend them anytime.
