I found the level of assistance provided to be extremely lacking customer service and frankly, quite rude.Despite my attempts to request and seek help, staff member Thamina exhibited a dismissive attitude and failed to address my concerns adequately.I hope my experience can contribute to improvements in staff training and overall service quality.

I visited today, I?m not surprised why Argos not making profit and was in trouble, Sainsbury have saved them, the staff still not able to understand what is customer service, the poor service by the front line staff is the main reason for killing the height street business in this country. As an human being we normally like to deal with other human, but today the lady was not only rude but clearly not interested in the job and doing the job may be due to some reason. She said proudly her name as Mona.Please don?t kill high street businesses if you don?t like leave the job you have no right to insult or misbehave with others.

Excellent customer service from Sana Raja. Always happy to work there and greets with a smile. Very comforting to shop around Argos. If I come again again I?d like to be served by her.

I'm been to many argos stores always like the customer service never ever had any issues but the branch in ilford it's terrible specially when it comes to return the iteam. I'm been to store today to return the backbone that I bought for my son unfortunately he doesn?t like it so I never opened the box, it was sealed packed, when I went there to return the iteam after 2 days I had my receipt with me, they opened the box for expansion, at the end when they have no reason to say no the manger told me she doesn't have cash available. So they can't take my iteam. They always make excuses to say no.Someone really have to look into this.Definitely the staff needs to be change that's not there first time.

Tamima was so rude and unprofessional. 0 customer service. Professional companies like argos hiring unprofessional staffs are pathetic. Atleast provide proper training on how to speak polite with a customer. We expect some respect from your side aswell.

I recently had to return an item to Argos and I was very impressed with the service I received from Thamima in regards to my refund. She was extremely helpful and efficient throughout the entire process.Thamima was able to quickly process my return and ensure that I received my refund in a timely manner. She was also very knowledgeable about the refund policy and was able to answer all of my questions.I appreciated Thamima's friendly and professional demeanor. She made the whole experience of returning an item much less stressful and I felt like she genuinely cared about resolving my issue.Overall, I had a positive experience with Argos refund process and Thamima's excellent customer service played a big role in that. I would definitely recommend Argos to others based on my experience with Thamima.

I bought fan from Argos on yesterday and I am very disappointed with this product the foundation of the fan is not stable and it looks like a Pisa tower and all the weight of the motor is making it worse because of the weight it is leaning backwards

I think I had the most disgusting experience here today. Staff member called Mouna was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We came in to buy a PS5 and waited in line to pay for games. She then called us forward and said that they came with a free game so we continued to wait. She then left us standing there for 20 minutes while her and two other staff members started counting another customers cash, leaving the queue to get longer as no one was on the til. They stood there and giggled and laughed and we could see them from where we were standing. We still waited patiently. Upon Mouna returning, we were met with a disgusting attitude. She seemed confused as to why we waited when she had asked us to wait as she needed to reserve the game. We gave up and returned back to the end of the line to be served by someone else. Mouna came back to meet the customers in the line, served those that were ahead of us (which made sense) but then ignored us, and began serving two customers behind us. One of which was there for a return and another who came to pick up an eBay parcel. We stood there and waited, despite looking like complete idiots as we waited to be served. Those that were served after us had already left. I made eye contact with her and asked her to serve us as it?s been almost 45 minutes of us waiting for this one reservation. She ignored us, and went to serving the other side where customers collect orders. A lovely girl named Sana then noticed what Mouna was doing and served me. As we were leaving, Mouna commented something and I asked her if there was a problem, to which she began shaking her head. She is an absolute disgrace and does not deserve to be customer facing. I can?t believe it took almost an hour to buy one thing. I will be escalating this further. Thank you.

Staff here are rude. Their tablet told me to speak to their staff to buy the item so I went to them. The woman there (black, short hair around 165cm tall) sent me running in circles to get the item number from their tablet and just walked away from me. She had her computer right in front of her face, she could have checked the item as I told her the exact product name. I left this shop, much easier to order from Amazon and no need to deal with some terrible Argos staff.
