Today I visited this branch of Argos Ilford 24th August, The girl named Anisa, gave me an excellent customer service! And also very kind! I had brought gaming headsets because they had failed, under warranty with the receipt in possession, it didn?t make me waste any other time, it changed me with new gaming headphones! I was really stunned by the service that Argos offers to customers. Congratulations ?

We had an inquiry on a product we were looking to purchase, and the customer service offered by Banozir was absolutely exceptional. Calm, patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all of our queries were successfully answered so we could then proceed with our purchase.

Poor customer service an item was faulty under warranty but didn?t replaced even talked to helpline too but giving excuses that policy has changed so just closed the Argos stores if we have to claim with the manufacturer why we buy things from Argos learn customer service first don?t make your customers fool their time is important too

Workers named Jasmeen and manager Jagneet absolutely terrible customer service they spoke to me rudely and aggressively for not accepting an item purchased yesterday for no valid reason everything was perfectly packed and return unused. The manager was rude and unhelpful will not be using this store again

I am not satisfied with their parcel delivery services to the address. A man pays £5 for the next day parcel delivery and they cancel the delivery every time for some stupid reasons. This is stealing from the customer

I went to refund a faulty product, without listening to the fault in the product, the Store Manager straight away refused the refund. He was rude and his tone was aggressive. He was also scolding the assistant in front of customers on the till point for taking time in assisting me. I asked him to help me to find the customer care details on which he said that he don't time for that and he is busy with some another customer in the back shop. As the Store Manager his job is to deescalate the situation and help the customers and at some point his tone was loud and his attitude was carefree and aggressive.

I had the worst experience ever at this Argos today (29..08.24, at 14:56 )
We were served by Syeda the receptionist who was so arrogant and rude to us talking in a rude tone. I want this matter to go further to the seniors to deal with this because it was so uncomfortable to talk and deal with her.
I hope you consider my concern and deal with this matter so that other customers do not feel the same disrespect and discomfort.

Absolutely appalling customer service , No number to contact them on . I bought an Apple IPhone 15 pro max at Argos Ilford within 4 months it came up with a fault, I returned it for repair it?s been over 1 month no calls or text from them ?

Poor customer service, Today I went to collect my item which I ordered and paid online but when I was waiting to collect it on online paid collection counter in the queue and when my number came duty manager asked customer service representative not to serve me but to serve other customers and when I questioned her she said she is duty manager and I can leave the shop if I am unhappy and she was just selling a insurance from last half an hour to a customer who does not want to buy when I questioned her she bought a camera and threatened me she will send me out If I ask any question. Ilford Argos customer service is worst customer service and I don't prefer to go there again.

I want to make a complaint about how I was treated at Argos Ilford today. I had to collect an item from eBay through click and collect and the staff was very rude to me and treated me horribly, they didn?t want to give me the item and didn?t believe me that I ordered from eBay even though I showed them the ecp code and the collection code, they said ?don?t use our address use your address I don?t know where you?re buying from but you?re not buying from eBay? and said that they won?t give me the item without telling them what I ordered , they didn?t respect my privacy and talked to me harshly and treated me like garbage and humiliated me. They were so arrogant and rude and they treated me like I was homeless. I just liked to order though click and sometimes because I?m working and I like to collect it directly sometimes because most of the time I?m not at home when Royal Mail delivers. They had no reason to treat me like this. This never happened I ordered through click and collect so many times and this never happened. If the option click and collect exits on eBay then why they treated me so bad and and did this to me. I got the item after finally but the service was horrible and they shouldn?t be allowed to treat customers like that for no reason. They should be FIRED!!! They humiliated me and treated me horribly and were so rude and arrogant
