Time wasters ! I called and specifically booked , and the lady said between 3:30 and 3:45pm . The owner or whoever she was asked me to take a seat .. didn?t notify me once that they are running late .. the therapist came to me at 4:10pm smelling of food and saying I can do your facial now .. this place is extremely unprofessional and no customer care ! Owner was too busy chatting and talking selfies away with someone?s hair she had just done, didn?t even bother to
Intervene or apologise for the shortcoming.. the therapist was like sometimes it happens , you even get seen later at the doctors surgery .. like hello that?s a free service , I am paying you for a service at my chosen time .. so no it?s not okay to be made to wait without even letting the person know they are running late for 30 mins ! Poor management and place smelled of food . Will not be returning here again !

Went this morning for the first time. The north Indian girl who did my eyebrow spoilt it to the max and she didn't thread it properly. Both sides different shapes. Keep promoting facial and other services while doing threading and stopped doing halfway and promoting other packages. Her face is fulllllll of pimples but she's promoting facial. Won't go back here coz of the attitude. Quiet rude and no manners.

The staff was so welcoming. They opened a new store near poplar. I walked in and was welcomed by Sajni, who did my eyebrows & hair colour. Really loved my look & was so relaxed with the entire service. Even tge prices were so affordable plus the ambiance was cozy .Thanks & I?ll recommend this to everyone. It wont disappoint.

Amazing service. I had my pedicure done today and it?s the best one I ever had. Mansi spent a lot of time, massaging and exfoliating before doing the gel. She ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you. Anuja has maintained a beautiful salon and looking forward to coming back soon.

Very bad service, I was their regular customer but last time they just burnt my hair and they acted like nothing happened. I asked for balayage and she gave my highlights while burning half of my hair. The lady was not even realizing her mistake.

I did today's pearl facial, It was relaxing and comfortable, I'm a bit picky about everything, but the lady who did my facial asked me so many times to inform her of any discomfort, but after ages, I have taken a nice facial indeed.
