I?ve used Albo Plumbing a couple of times now, and Joseph has always been professional, reliable, and really helpful in sorting out my plumbing issues. He was available when I needed him and was flexible with arranging a convenient time to come out.
I was worried about a leak under my sink, but Joseph quickly identified the cause and replaced the faulty parts. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the area clean and tidy when he finished.
I?m really pleased with the service and will definitely continue using Albo Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended!

Joseph was brilliant. He not only solved our blocked sink and washer issues but he took the time to explain things that really made sense which I appreciated.

I found Albo Plumbing on Instagram after searching for a new boiler. From the beginning, Joseph and his wife, it's a family run business, have been great communicators. Joseph came to my home to see the old boiler and he made suggestions and sent me lots of options on boilers. I chose the boiler, made the date for fitting, and Joseph and his partner came in the morning and finished the job early afternoon. they cleaned up after themselves, was very quick, quiet, explained how to use the boiler, registered it and sent all paper work needed. We are so very happy with his service and professionalism. But the cherry on top was the price! Boilers are super expensive, and we had many quotes and Joseph came out the cheapest. Will be having yearly checks for gas safety certificates with him in the future.

Exceptional service. I've dealt with a few other plumbers over the years who are more concerned with how much money they can make from the job, for example, I wanted to replace a shower cubicle but the plumber wouldn't do the work unless I took his advice to break into a wall to fix a toilet flushing issue (nothing to do with the cubicle!). Another example was asking for my boiler to be serviced but more than one plumber said it would be better to replace the whole boiler (that was over 2 years ago and my boiler still works). As a female, when you try to get things done, they feed you whatever they can to fool you into spending more. Anyway, we found Albo Plumbing and Heating around the time of the boiler drama and Joseph serviced it, did some routine work on the central heating and was very transparent and communicative. I recently contacted him again to do a few things, and he was superb. We were in regular contact before the day of the job, as I sent him photos and videos of what needed attention and we discussed them at length. He was very clear about the costs, and everything was updated in invoices beforehand as prices changed according to our discussions. On the day of the job, he took his time to do things properly, explaining everything as he went along. Not only did he do an excellent job on all the agreed work, but he noticed the problem with the toilet flush that I have not been able to resolve for 15 years with other plumbers, and made some suggestions to fix it without breaking walls. He got a new flush mechanism and did some measuring and cutting - essentially using his intelligence and experience to work out the best way forward - and now I have a toilet with a strong flush and no wobbly parts. Joseph isn't your regular plumber - he is a thoughtful and intelligent man who will go the extra length to make sure he is doing your work to the best of his ability, as if it were his own home. I wouldn't trust my plumbing work with anyone else and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
