Good spot to get your duty free items. There was a wonderful employee that worked here and she got me going in the right direction. I was able to buy perfume and booze all in one spot.... Dirt free to boot! No tax's, however, you gotta carry these bags from airport to airport. What a pain in the ass!!The line was super long, but I'm guessing since I bought a significant amount she moved me to the front of the line!! Score! I was already super nervous about flying across the pond and this lovely lady Finona made this visit have a sweet ending! Thanks for having great employees!September 2023

I always go to world duty free in my travels and in this particular situation I had an enquiry about a jo malone product and i asked a woman working there called Tina for help and she went to fetch alex (who i believe was a wdf leader) to help but compared to Tina, Alex was useless and brushed the issue aside and was just on his phone leaning on the jo malone counter being unprofessional and very rude instead of having correct posture and being more reassuring and engaging with the customer, if it wasn?t for Tina this review would be 0 stars

I always visit world duty free and i always go to Jo Malone, the staff there at my visit were so friendly and welcoming, the service i got from the ladies there was honestly the best i have ever received, thank you! However, the Terminal 5 leaders aren?t helpful at all and are very unprofessional, when i was trying to ask for help, they were just on their phone

Only ever given a one star once before so this is a big deal but I really do have the worst customer service ever whenever I happen to drift in here. It is not just one staff member either. The last time was especially bad. I came away with such a bitter and negative feeling. Definitely get the impression that you are looked down upon and a general inconvenience to them. Mocking, eye rolls and sighing is a big part of this place !

I bought some perfume from this company. Prior to the purchase I specifically asked if this was ok to carry on with a change over at Singapore to Sydney. I was told yes.This is completely untrue. Purchase was confiscated and destroyed by Singapore customs.The training this company does is absolute garbage and a waste of my time and money.

Terrible. This is located past security and they didn't put my alcohol in the 'proper' sealed bag and it was confiscated when I arrived at my destination when I needed to go through security. You would think they would know which type of sealed bag to use. Never again. Boycott

Yummy cool collection for all drinks lovers. Complete duty free shop cost is very economic comparative outside sales shop. Vodka wine tobacco cigrattes avaliable boarding pass and passport required.only two bottles allowed to any country's. Covering good washroom ? inside avaliable nice representative store attenders . Strongly recommend it when you cross terminals 5 and 2 3 4 definitely visit and get alcohol ?? to your friends and families

Staff are very unprofessional, they treat customers as an insignificance rather than a purchaser of goods. I made an enquiry for a perfume gift for a relative and the worker was slightly snickering, almost treating the query like a joke. As I received the perfume I intended to buy the girl serving me seemed disinterested and bored with the entire experience. I asked for a bag at the end of the transaction, and she pulled a rather mocking expression with an attitude. Avoid if you can.

'Click and Collect' is completely useless. I placed an order I received a "Thank you for your order" email as well as an "Your order is confirmed". When I got to World Duty Free, they had no order and the items weren't even in stock. We triple checked we had the correct time location. Staff us unhelpful. Two days later I receive a "Your order has been canceled" email.

In my experience with world duty free at T5 every department is very helpful and friendly and efficient and professional. I only wish I could buy Chanell fragrances from here. But I highly recommend everyone buy from world duty free. Mr Rakesh Popat at Wilson James T5 wheelchairs Service.

They wanted £67 for 250g GV tobacco, in the USA duty free store you got 500g of the same brand for less than this! Definitely worth checking in advance. The sales person was adamant the USA would be much more expensive.

i recently went through the Duty Free at Heathrow Airport terminal 5.2 of the items I purchased ring up a higher price on the tillthan was shown on the ticket below the product. when I pointed this out I was told the assistant could not do anything about it as he had to find a leader. This he was unable to do and eventually another assistant on the tills refunded the difference. BEWARE WHAT YOU PAY!!!
