I thought to leave some concerns I had today with the level of unprofessionalism in this particular branch. The store attendant I delt with named Agata. I walked in to simply buy a pay as you go data bundle for £10 worth 21 GB which is a current promotion vodafone is offering. Miss Agata told me the promotion is expired. I had to show her evidence that it expires on the 6th of February 2024. She then went on to say that the 7GB costing £10 will automatically change to 21GB in 24 hours. The manager was present sat next to her but didn't say a word. I asked her again and she replied with a very unpolite tone, that the data will automatically convert to 21GB after 24 hours. I knew something wasn't right from how she spoke to me and after showing her evidence that offer was still on but what shocked me was that the manager did not step in to rectify the wrong. I had to make a call to vodafone contact center and a very polite and professional gentleman on the phone confirmed the offer was still on and he told me I had to activate the code by using WINTERPROMO. Which I did and told me to wait 24 hours. This task should have been delt with in store had the manager and miss Agata exercised professionalism and good customer care. I am very much disappointed to have gone throught this experience but at least everything was sorted out by the agent I rang at contact centre. I am planning to leave vodafone as my service provider as the only nearest store to me the hounslow branch and with that level of unprofessionalism, I'd rather switch to a different provider who have professional staff who are genuinely willing to help customers. I would kindly advise head office or HR to listen to customer feedback as this level of unprofessionalism is the face of your brand.

Went there for click and collect, person was serving customers before, who came after us .. whats the point of click and collect if you dont have dedicated sales person . Waited almost 40 mins . Totally frustrated

Not even deserve a star rating. The store manager is very rude to customers. Vodafone management please take action on the Hounslow Vodafone store. I can?t explain my bad experience because already the customer mentioned a reviews. So same situation for me as well?.

Very rude behavior by staff. We went to the shop for the mobile plans enquiry but immediately came out after looking at staff's rude attitude. Vodafone should take strict actions against these people if they want to stay in market.

Rude salespeople wanting to attract customers with ridiculous threats that if you do not take the plans they will rate your score badly, let me tell you that this is not how new customers are made!

Employees in this store are very rude. I went to get the replacement sim card and they are refusing to give it. Employees in this store are showing racism.

The lady I saw yesterday was very rude to me, and was speaking in her language to a customer. I really think she deserves to be sacked as her customer service is appalling!!!

Rude staff. No respect at all to the customers and an employee and manager behaved in a rude way. I don?t know how they are employed. The worst experience so far in any Vodafone store. We not gonna go to this anymore and I will not recommend any of my friends to go there.

Worst provider and worst customers service they given. I need my proof of usage from them. From first day they said we sending you your proof of usage but after 20 days they said they can't send me proof of usage. Worst service and there staff is very rude as well.

The main customer service team are bunch of liars when it comes to upgrades. They couldn?t answer why i couldn?t upgrade and they were not able to show it to me on my agreement papers. They then hung up on me. It is no longer the renowned mobile phone company any longer to me? unprofessional and poor service. Can?t wait to leave.
