Extremely disappointing experience at the Hounslow Vodafone store. I arrived first and waited patiently for over 40 minutes, only to see staff completely ignore me and serve others who came in much later. It was clear that I was being overlooked, and it felt like I was being treated differently based on my background ? which is completely unacceptable in this day and age.
The staff were not only unhelpful but also displayed rude and dismissive behavior when I tried to ask for assistance. This kind of attitude and what appeared to be racial bias is shocking and deeply upsetting. Vodafone needs to seriously look into the way customers are being treated here. Shameful service and a complete lack of professionalism.

couple of weeks ago we been to Vodafone care centre Hounslow to port the sim. i want to thank Devraaj and Ritik who helped me with their excellent skills and knowledge to port my sim not only this they were too humble and disciplined towards other clients also. thanks again for your services keep it up ?

Don?t trust ..don?t disclose all the details in the contract ?different price in contract than said ?fake promises very bad experience.

All fake words by the service agents. This is the worst store and staff I have visited in UK. Too much attitude and false promises. Why don't Vodafone take action on these guys. Do you think no matter what the customers will continue Vodafone services.Please don't visit this store and don't use Vodafone. Go for EE which is very good at charges and services.Never ever again to this store.And the Punjabi guy who is working there this message is to you. Do you think you are CEO of Vodafone. You don't even know how to respect customers.Shame on you. You are going to have very bad carrer because of your behaviour..

Dear Vodafone,I?ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. Could you please let us know when you will start providing service around the Heathrow area?Having working internet or service is 50/50, I was patience as the world was switching from 4G to 5G so gave the benefit of doubt but there is still no internet nor service half of the time. Why charging so much for a service you do not provide for years now, yet the charges go up every year ?????

I thought to leave some concerns I had today with the level of unprofessionalism in this particular branch. The store attendant I delt with named Agata. I walked in to simply buy a pay as you go data bundle for £10 worth 21 GB which is a current promotion vodafone is offering. Miss Agata told me the promotion is expired. I had to show her evidence that it expires on the 6th of February 2024. She then went on to say that the 7GB costing £10 will automatically change to 21GB in 24 hours. The manager was present sat next to her but didn't say a word. I asked her again and she replied with a very unpolite tone, that the data will automatically convert to 21GB after 24 hours. I knew something wasn't right from how she spoke to me and after showing her evidence that offer was still on but what shocked me was that the manager did not step in to rectify the wrong. I had to make a call to vodafone contact center and a very polite and professional gentleman on the phone confirmed the offer was still on and he told me I had to activate the code by using WINTERPROMO. Which I did and told me to wait 24 hours. This task should have been delt with in store had the manager and miss Agata exercised professionalism and good customer care. I am very much disappointed to have gone throught this experience but at least everything was sorted out by the agent I rang at contact centre. I am planning to leave vodafone as my service provider as the only nearest store to me the hounslow branch and with that level of unprofessionalism, I'd rather switch to a different provider who have professional staff who are genuinely willing to help customers. I would kindly advise head office or HR to listen to customer feedback as this level of unprofessionalism is the face of your brand.

Went there for click and collect, person was serving customers before, who came after us .. whats the point of click and collect if you dont have dedicated sales person . Waited almost 40 mins . Totally frustrated

Not even deserve a star rating. The store manager is very rude to customers. Vodafone management please take action on the Hounslow Vodafone store. I can?t explain my bad experience because already the customer mentioned a reviews. So same situation for me as well?.

Very rude behavior by staff. We went to the shop for the mobile plans enquiry but immediately came out after looking at staff's rude attitude. Vodafone should take strict actions against these people if they want to stay in market.
