Walked in today. I had my prescription already, so I was basically just ready to buy a pair of glasses today, didn't have a particular budget in mind, just wanted something I'd be very happy with. Anyway, no one bothered to greet me at ANY point. One sales assistant was helping a woman buy a pair of glasses so she was busy which was fair enough. Didn't seem to be anyone else around who was free or bothered enough to approach me to help. A shame really, considering that then prompted me to take the 5 second walk over to Specsavers instead, where I bought a pair of glasses, loved their designer options so very happy with my choice. Won't ever bother going into Vision Express Hounslow ever again though, to say basic customer service training is needed, would be an understatement. It was a horrible experience. I guess if i had to say a positive it'd just be thanks for helping me feeling satisfied in my decision to go to specsavers instead, as I was hesitant to go to them first. Glad I did now though, they were really helpful and honest about what suited me.

I get such good accommodation here with my prescription and choice of style--I design them and have them cut to the shape I want-- the good payment plan means that this can keep being affordable for me! All my questions about my eyes are answered and everyone is super friendly, brightening my day!

Wonderful, professional, friendly service. Happy with glasses and contact lenses as well as my tests to check vision etc. Good value. I've been with vision express for many years and would recommend the Hounslow branch.

Excellent thorough examination completed. I'd experienced a few problems with my eyes so needed more than just an eye test. The optometrist was brilliant. She reassured me and gave great advice. Thank you!
