Terrible. Beds are uncomfortable. Can hear sexual noises from nearby rooms, sounded like an animal was being tortured. Bathrooms are very dirty. Pay extra and stay at premier inn

Easy check in, make sure you pop your number plate into the iPad on the desk to cover your parking, the hotel reception staff helped do this.
We enjoyed our stay. Clean room and a restful stay, just what we needed.

A travelodge i stay at quite alot working in london,
It's cheap and cheerful, always helpful staff and clean rooms but dont expect anything else at the service station, its very small and has the bare basics so if you just want a cheap room outside of london or Heathrow its perfect to get your head down but their is not much else here.

Entrance via the services. Clean and plenty of towels. Shower was ok, not much power behind it. My room was next to the M4, so I could hear the cars from the room. No air-conditioning, and the rooms were very hot in the summer, there was a small fan in the room and the staff wouldn't provide an additional unit. The reception staff were nice though.

The staff are first class but unfortunately let down by the day to day maintenance of the rooms.
They are in need of some basic maintenance, i.e., curtains falling down. Soap dispensers falling apart , etc .

All was good . My room was facing the main road . Traffic very noisy. Couldn't have window open. Bit hot in the room in summer times.

My recent stay at the Heston M4 Eastbound Travelodge was appalling. From the moment I arrived, I was hit by a strong sewage stench in the reception area, a horrible first impression that unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the visit. The hotel is also difficult to access, and once inside, the corridors were filthy and depressing.
The room itself was no better. It had a hot, damp, and musty smell that made me feel physically unwell. It clearly hadn?t been cleaned properly, dust, grime, and an overall neglected atmosphere made it impossible to feel comfortable.
What?s worse is learning why the place is in such poor condition. When I raised my concerns with the night receptionist, they explained that there are no professional cleaners on staff. Shockingly, the manager expects the receptionists to clean the entire hotel from top to bottom themselves, an outrageous and unacceptable practice in any hospitality setting.
The night staff member was polite and helpful despite the circumstances, but that doesn?t make up for the overall neglect and mismanagement on display here.
This location is far below even the most basic standards of hygiene and professionalism. I wouldn?t recommend it to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, my experience far exceeded expectations. The room was unexpectedly spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, much better than I anticipated. The bed was cozy, and I had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day. What really stood out was the staff: they were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. It?s clear they care about guest satisfaction. If you?re looking for great value and a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend giving this hotel a try.

A decent place to stay but tough to get to If you have re not driving. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were looked after to the standard we expected.
