“I appreciate the man who helped me from the reception of Halfords-Hounslow.I booked an appointment for the free tyre check from my Halfords account for yesterday 02-11-2023 for 13:30. When I went there by taking half day leave from my job and my partner also did the same half day leave from the job as well, they replied me that your appointment is being cancelled due to some reasons on the app.But the Halfords app or the Halfords software didn't send me an email or an SMS for the cancellation for the particular day or the day before.At last a receptionist from the Halfords-Hounslow took his precious time to join me for the check up of my car tyre.
