I went in to get a key cut, but even after returning three times, the key still doesn?t open the door. I was charged £9 for a job that was done terribly. Very disappointed with the service.

It was my 2nd experience with Timpson I would highly recommend their Hounslow branch specially I wud like 2 highlight the name of BRIAN he is the best he fixed my TWO sandals Twice?Whr Every1??said NO he fixed it in a very well mannered way I love him so much the way he welcomes me he is so overwhelming he always keeps smile on his face plz say my Thx2??BRIAN??

I had changed my Emporio Armani battery with a new one at This location situated at Hounslow highstreet a month back,but due to some issues a few days back my watch wasn't connecting to my phone via Bluetooth.so it said to remove and put the battery all again and it should be fine.as I went to the store yesterday,the guy at the counter who says he's the manager denied doing this small thing of just opening the back panel and taking off the battery and putting it back on.he was so rude and restless to do so.he says to me to come tomorrow to pick it up.like r u serious mate? Just to fix this tiny bit of issue he tells me to come another day to pick the watch up.
And in that while 2 more customers had an argument with him because of his behaviour.
If that's how Timpsons hire such Managers than I'm sorry they are leaving a bad remark on their customers.and I'm definitely not going back to that store ever again.they way he spoke to me was so damn rude and aggressive that I no loner would go to a timpsons store ever again in my life

Brilliant experience - Paul was wonderful, warm, welcoming and so kind - my bag clasp was fixed in 10 mins, when I expected to have to send it away for fixing!! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!!! Thank you ?????

Like another timpson but what sets this place apart from the rest is rich. Top guy who I met for the first time and his service and treatment of customers was brilliant. So friendly, forthcoming with suggestions and offers and transparent with everything. Great timing ,gave assurances of work and communication great. This is undoubtedly now going to be my go to place for key cutting thanks to rich. Well done mate and keep being you!

EDIT: Added 2 stars because the new manager sorted this out a week after my review. He had to look for my shoes (which had *no tag or name attached*) through dozens of pairs. He then proceeded to give them back to me and waive the repair fee.
Overall, a simple repair took 3 months and 2 days, as well as 10 phonecalls. I will never go back here again, but their new manager is great, so hopefully, future customers will have a better experience.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: They have been holding my shoes since mid-August now (I am writing this on November 7th). The original lead time was 2-3 weeks then they said it needed to be sent away and it would be another couple weeks. Then I called in October; they said there was a backlog where it was sent, and it will be ready by the end of October. I just called, and it isn't going to be ready anytime soon.
They also can't identify customers by name or payment date, only by a piece of paper they give you when you give them your shoes. They don't send any confirmation. They don't even write your number down properly. It is truly the worst system of keeping track of items that I have encountered in the 21st century. I hope to see my shoes again one day.
