“What is wrong with you people! Complaining about the staff??? Most of them are VOLUNTEERS! without them you couldn't eventually even get inside the shop! And taking pictures of them and post on Google?? How sad are you? And Complaing about the quality of the products? They are dirty??? Is second hand darling what do you expect??? Don't go to a charity shop if you're expecting 5starts service!!!!!!!! I have completely lost hope in the humanity. You're just good on complaint.I apologise to British Heart Foundation on the behalf of these people.”

“It's a nice place with a good quality of things if u want to buy for a less price .There are variety of things some are used ones n some are new. There are beds , sofa ,dinning table , drawer chest , small drawers in furniture , in electronics there are washing machine , dryers , treadmill , TV ,etc , soft toys , carpets fully new ones, n more .It's opens at 10 am.For parking there is treat centre car parkBut we got another pay n display parking close to the shop which was of 5 min walk to the shop.I brought one dinning table for €29 , a drawer chest€29 ,and another drawer table for €99.All in good condition .They do home dilivery for your staff if u want .But charges are applied by ur postcode .For SL1 they charge €40.”
