I was in the three store for a total of 6 hours helping with my Nan who got involved in a scam recently and changed all her details, Roy and the store Manager Jazz were extremely helpful and had it sorted and were completely understanding of the situation and had it sorted on the second day we came in within an hour and gave my Nan a sim replacement with all the details changed back to normal and we left extremely happy and very much appreciate everyone who helped

Hello, came in to three Store Hounslow, Roy was Amazing. He explained me everthing. His knowledge from Device finance to Sim deals everthing was on Top. Roy is a asset to the company.
I was about to leave three but ended up taking 2 contracts as the guy explained me what i needed.
