just came from Thorpe park to this pub the manager was the definition of perfect customer service the food was amazing come to find out the 2 chefs are in training with one being an apprentice to them I tip my hat as a manager at a restaurant in clapham (botanica hall) to see such lovely service from the customer point of view is a breath of fresh air

I recently visited the pub and ended up with a £100 ticket for parking at the pub's carpark.
They should inform on the bar that they carpark is not free.

Quite quiet time of day. Jamie was very helpful to change food for a simple dietary need. Food was quick to arrive and filling. Car needs to be registered for free parking.
