A consistently tidy convenience store with easy-to-find essentials?perfect when you're in a hurry. Staff are friendly, and the place feels safe and well-maintained. Despite being near Heathrow, it never feels overwhelmingly busy. Prices are reasonable, and I think you'll always find what you need. Their sandwiches, snacks, and hot drink options are solid and fresh. The layout is compact but efficient?very user-friendly. Highly recommend for quick top-ups.

Two guys were asking ID of myself and my mate to verify our age for redbull , I showed my id as I was paying and the other guy didn't have his physical ID on him and they refused to sell me a redbull , what a bullshit service even though the other guy was 26 , like bruh be professional!!

Convenient location and staff are really friendly but management should fix the state of it with many chiller doors broken.

Staff are so rude. Nowhere to be found when you need help. Half the tills are broken and when you move tills to one that works they speak to you like a dog. Avoid.

From the hotel stay perspective, it's a decent convenience store. The staff was very nice to me. They have self checkout and cashiers at the register. It's definitely cheaper than goods in the hotel lobby. The store can be a little messy by the sandwich and soda coolers. You really shouldn't be expecting too much here. It's a quick and cheap alternative to buying food and snacks at the hotel.
