Beautiful shoes, but disappointing customer service
I purchased my wedding shoes from Ted Baker ? a special purchase for a very special day. While the shoes themselves were beautiful, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
After the wedding, I reached out to their team to ask for referrals or guidance on restorative services to preserve the shoes. To my disappointment, I received no response whatsoever. No follow-up, no acknowledgment ? just silence.
For a brand that positions itself as premium and customer-focused, I expected at least a courtesy reply. I guess that's why they have gone out of business in multiple countries. It's really disappointing to spend that kind of money and get zero post-purchase support.
The product was lovely, but sadly, the lack of basic customer care took away from the overall experience.

D9nt bother, just stood around waiting for guy at entrance to serve me, then he just blanked me and has no customer service skills... been customer for 30 years... worst service I've ever received from them.. retrain your staff...

This is a very small duty free Ted Baker. It has a range that suits my taste though. I found the prices very reasonable aswell. Jeans for 80 quid!

A good and classy clothing store in the departure section of Terminal 2 of Heathrow Airport, London. The staff was also very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend visiting this clothing store Ted Baker next time when you have to transit through Heathrow Terminal 2.

Friendly store attendant and nice selection for a small duty free shop, didn?t have some of the things I was looking for but a large selection of fragrances, limited watches, great wallets and a large women?s section, some great shoes and hand bags! Over all worth the stop on your way out!

I am a big fan and a regular shopper at Ted baker, it is with regret I have to post this review. A simple request was greeted with such a poor response and terrible customer service! Management should really review customer service provided!!!!

Abysmal service. This isn't an outlet, it's just duty free, no reason for such bad service at a luxury shop. All three employees were trying clothes on and shopping for themselves and literally ignoring every customer. I was appalled.
