It?s been 2 years since Iram is looking after my mum( mrs Inder kaur). I ?m really very happy with her work . She take care of my mum like a family member.

For about a year now both Simer Kaur and Paramjit Kaur have been looking after my father Mr Hai after a stroke and heart problems permanently disabled him.I can't say enough about them! They are so kind to both him and my mother who looks after him. They treat him with utmost care and respect. Always smiling, patient and manages to put a smile on dad's face even on his most difficult days! Mentally very supportive to us family members. My father has dementia and some days he has aggressive outbursts which can be frightening. Simer expertly handles the situation which is very reassuring.Definitely happy with the carers from here and we have many carers come from here and they have all been really amazing so far! Thank you!

My experience... I cannot speak highly enough of the care, kindness, compassion and humour the staff and management have shown to my mum over the past few months. After a spell in hospital and nobody arriving to my Mum's house on the day she returned home (I was away for work), I managed to get the care provider changed to TC Care and, it has been since this change over that she has experienced a full level of proffessional 'care'.My mum can be a difficult person at times, but she actually looks forward to her visits from the carers who, I know are stretched for time most days, always give her the feeling that she is the most important person on their list.Thanks to everyone there, it's a weight of my mind to know she is in the hands of a care company that cares.

TC Care have been great at providing care support for me since I have come out of hospital after surgery on my spine in March this year. David my carer has been very professional and helpful in providing the care and assistance that I have needed as my mobility was very restricted after the operation. He is very supportive and encouraging and has pleasant personality.

For the last five and a half years my mum has been looked after by the carers at TC Care.As a family our absolute priority is that my mum is happy, feels safe and secure and has all her needs met.Her wonderful carers have always treated her with the utmost kindness, compassion, care and dignity. They have formed a close relationship with not only her but all our family and close friends.We feel very lucky to have Paramjit and Mrs Malik as regular carers, who between them visit my mum seven mornings a week. They are friendly, very reliable, caring and flexible where we ask them to be. They adjust their care to meet my mums needs and work with complete commitment and to a very high standard. To us. as a family, it is so important and reassuring to know my mum is in safe hands and feels happy. Other regular carers include Gurmeet, Arti, Benu and Carmalena to name but a few!Thank you to all the very special people who continue to care for my mum with the warmth and compassion she deserves.

I have had the pleasure of having my father in the care of Constancio Rodrigues. The care he provides is of utmost professionalism. He takes into account my dads care needs and goes above and beyond. He respects the rights of the patient and allows my father to tweak and make adjustments to his care facilities, for example when my father wants to shower at a later time, Constancio will aid and assist him in the afternoon. He always wears smile on his face and when my father sees him he?s happy to be in the care of constancio. He has brought joy to my family as we have been looking for a carer that is Empathetic and understanding towards my father, as my father can sometimes be difficult and it?s really good to see that he is able to not only get on with constancio but that he accepts care from him. To conclude constancio is always courteous and respectful towards my father.Thank you constancio Rodrigues for you continuous hard work and adherence towards my father.

Super helpful in managing the care for my grandfather and altering to his changing needs as time has progressed. Special mention to Akin & David who have developed a wonderful rapport with my grandfather who struggles to remember people on a daily basis.

Company served my father for 2 years, so well versed. Two stars are solely for the 4 carers that did their job well, always on time and with a good attitude (sadly 2 of them left the company at the time). However too many negatives to ignore for the good carers.Negatives:-Management have only visited once in the 2 years (at the beginning) with no formal reviews from them. Unfortunately we were in frequent contact due to numerous issues that would occur, which were usually reoccurring. We weren't always able to get in contact with them and the managers are unreliable i.e. say they will sort something out but they don't. The most distressing example is that they kept sending out a carer who was extremely rude and raised his voice at my father, despite us complaining multiple times.-We had to sift through a number of carers who were ranged from hostile, always late or just negligent- No back up/Untrained carers have been sent without being inducted into the care package or shown how the patient would like to be treated which is stressful and time-consuming for both the family and patient i.e. if someone is on holiday/leave you can get someone completely random- Patients are last on the priority list with attitudes we have experienced with both management and some carers.Sincerely hope they can improve these issues. Avoid if you can, if not, be prepared for uncertainty and an unreliable service. As a family we were able to deal with the company but had to be very persistent to sift through and find the good ones/get on the phone when we had an issue. If you can't avoid them, please do not suffer in silence - do not leave your loved ones alone so you know what is going on, and hopefully you will get lucky with the good ones.
