Today i visit superdrug hounslow to buy makeup and some skin products and i met beenish there . She is very helpful and nice . She helped me in choosing the right product for skin . Beenish you are the best .

I never write such horrible reviews but please explain to me why I was asked by security on my way out to prove I had kept back a cod liver oil bottle I decided to not buy last minute? Even when I handed it to him, he stopped me again to ask if I?d like to pay for it? First you ask for proof that I?ve returned a product and then you ask if I?d still like to pay for something I had already decided not to buy! Seems to me I was being accused of stealing something and then he realised he was wrong. Disgraceful behaviour. I work in customer service too, this is not the way to behave.

The attitude of the staffs here is downright unacceptable. You?re not volunteering?you?re being paid to assist customers, yet you act like it?s a burden to do your job. If basic manners and respect are too much to ask for, maybe you shouldn?t be working in retail. Do better. God knows how they GET THE JOB in the first place!

Superdrug is my regular go to store and I?ve always had a pleasant time there . But today I had a horrible experience as one of the staff there was so rude . If she doesn?t like working there she could have just left the job or so . Overall it?s good .

As I had forgotten my ID at home (just to buy nicotine patches) HARNEET laughed at me to her colleague on the till. How come someone like this is working on customer service ? I understand they won?t sell this without ID but laughing at someone ? That?s way too far. Not first time when this women is rude on the till. This has to be by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. With people like this working in the shop, I?m not sure I will ever return.

Devi in cosmetics Superdrug hounslow is very helpful and great sales person. I thought of shopping only for 50 pounds for my mom and she made to shop almost more than 100+. She explained all the offers and help me with patience, the way she make me to purchase the things is very impressive Thanks Devi my mom is very happy with the cosmetics and lipstick shades!

absolutely awful! The Saturday manager is vile not just to customers but to her own staff.
Superdrug really need to train their managers on customer service skills. Aga definitely lacks customer service and managerial skills!!

This store harassed you! I was interrupted three times while trying to look at products by staff asking if I wanted anything, then another trying to give me a basket I didn't want, the queue goes SO slow and when you just want to pay and leave you have to say no to every single offer they keep on the cluttered counter. I was also forced to take a magazine I didn't want. This place is my last resort and never my first choice

I had a disappointing experience at Superdrug Hounslow High Street, due to poor handling of their student discount policy and untrained staff. I made two purchases, and on the second one, I found out that a physical student ID was required for the discount, I showed them my ID on my phone. Despite showing my student and membership cards during my first, larger purchase, the discount wasn?t applied there, it only used the discount on the smaller second purchase. When I asked if they could adjust the first transaction, the manager, Laila, said I?d need to return the items, repurchase them, and wait three days for a refund. The total discount was £3.40 approx. They refused to apply /adjust the discount to my membership card or on a future purchase with a plea that it's our policy. On top of this, Superdrug claims to hire experienced staff for cosmetics, but those working in the beauty section didn?t seem knowledgeable about which products suit different skin types. They seemed inexperienced and only knew how to apply makeup on themselves.
Superdrug needs clearer policies and better-trained staff to truly support customers. Highly disappointed

I would give zero stars m so disappointed from my experience. Went in and the lady didn?t say one word to me, I said hi and she just scanned all my items, didn?t ask if I wanted a bag, which I did and didn?t ask if I had a Beaty card and didn?t ask I wanted my receipt. She didn?t ask me anything. And then started talking to her colleague in her Lanuage. And someone else was talking in her language on the radio when I left which I find incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I've occasionally shopped here but my recent visit was my last, I went here for a hair product and saw some were on discount so instead of picking my usual I had a look at was on offer only to be watched like hawk eye by security - I was only in one isle! Every time I looked at him he looked away, I felt singled out and so uncomfortable that I just walked out.

It?s unbelievable how the ladies from the make up section are asking several times if I need help,I stoped buying make up from superdrug because of them.I don?t want to be asked 10 times if I need their help.I don?t. Please,leave me alone!

Harneet is the rudest staff you?ll ever see at this store. She is so disinterested as a staff working at the till.No smile and behaves as if she?s so not liking what she?s doing.How did she even get into customer service? Several times when I?ve not had a member card on me she says our system needs only a card to give discounts whereas other staff ask me to put an email on screen and fetch my details. All other staff at the till were always very helpful.
