Good value for money. Use the hotel to book a car to terminal or use the local buses.

Great hotel for an overnight stay and airport parking. Links to the airport are every 30 mins, so super convenient.

Everything good except the fact that ind vs pak was not streaming in the room television.

Expansive hotel with nice lounge and prime location for an early morning flight out of LHR.

There were no complaints (this time) but neither is it exceptional. Rooms are a little tired and basic but nothing to particularly highlight as a negative.
Close to Heathrow, great views of north runway if that's your thing.
On the upside, super quiet and comfy bed.

Absolutely ridiculous I?ve been here 5 times in the last 4 months and never paid but got hit with the £5 for up to one hour, not only that you have to walk quite a way to pay it!!! Go elsewhere hotel is obviously cashing in, should be 1 hour free if you?re charging!

We love this place and prefer it to all the other hotels we have used at Heathrow.
Simply park up, book in, and enjoy a relaxing evening. Try the Fish and Chips.
Staff are really good, helpful and cheerful. The beds are excellent and very comfy.
Location couldn't be better for sll terminals but 2 and 3 are the closest.
We are back at the Renaissance on March 3rd for a night and look forward to meeting them again.
Recommend? Definitely.
Value for money? You won't beat it.
Rooms: View of the runway is good. And quite.
Food and drinks: The restaurants are very good.
Noteworthy details: The staff are excellent ?

Rooms (and hotel) are a bit outdated but complete. Sound insulation is excellent, despite being next to the runway. Breakfast is below standard.

Best view if you like airplanes ??
and it's the best for overnight stays just because it's so close to the airport!
However, the room/hotel is a bit tired.
The lounge offers such a limited selection but the staff are lovely!

I have stayed at the Renaissance Heathrow a couple of times before this, my most recent stay was on Sunday 16-Feb-25.
As before, there was almost no wait for check-in and I was given a warm welcome and advised that my room had been upgraded which is always an unexpected pleasure.
The hotel is very big and my room was a LONG walk from the lift, not a problem, it was good for my step count !
It was a cold night and the room was cold, however, as I walked into the room the lights and heating came on sa all seemed OK.
I was meeting friends for dinner and when I returned to the room it was again VERY cold but, as before, the lights and heating came on as I went into the room.
Around two in the morning I woke up absolutely freezing as the heating had turned off, walking aroud the room it came back on again but around four in the morning I woke up freezing again.
It appears that there are motion sensors in the room to ensure that lights and heating are not on when the room is not occupied, but, it seems that they are not sophisticated enough to see that someone is asleep.
I mentioned this to reception when I checked out and had was goven a brief apology, I had also checked to room upgrade which was actually the exact room that I had booked (runway view) and was advised that I had been upgraded from a "Runway View" to a "Better Runway View" - the differentiation was not evident when I originally booked the room.
The only other slightly negative point was the presence of Wood Lice in the bathroom, there were at least two wandering around. Wood Lice are perfectly harmless but I don't expect to see them in my hotel bathroom.
Going for breakfast I was given a very warm welcome andf the food available was kept well stocked and was of good quality.
The Renaissance Hotel benefits from being conveniently located and having a direct, non stop Hotel Hoppa transfer to Heathrow Terminal 5 but I will consider other hotels when next I stay at Heathrow, the staff are very friendly but I would like a warm night's sleep.
