Ordered one flat white and I had to wait over 7 minutes and it was horrible! The guy was ok but the woman wasn?t helpful, even though the weather is cold they have the air conditioner on which make it unpleasant sitting here

**"Worst Customer Experience Ever - A Complete Disgrace"**
I walked into Starbucks with the simple need to use the restroom before purchasing my coffee. However, I was greeted with the most absurd system I have ever encountered. The restrooms are locked, and you can only access them by obtaining a code printed on a purchase receipt. Essentially, you're forced to buy something *before* you can even use basic facilities. What kind of ridiculous logic is that? This isn't customer service; it's a trap.
After this absurd runaround, I ordered a coffee and specifically asked for less water, but of course, they completely ignored my request and filled the cup to the brim. Zero attention to detail, zero customer care.
Starbucks should be ashamed of implementing such a humiliating and inconvenient system. Locking toilets and forcing people to make a purchase before even attending to basic human needs is an insult. If you care about your customers at all, fix this mess.

went here this morning to get a coffee. all 4 staff were too busy talking and laughing to each other and took no notice of me standing in front of the counter wanting to order. had to ask to be served. the place was too noisy with the staff yapping and laughing.

Female member of staff (saying for reference) refused to open disabled toilet door and seemed very proud of her self when she came up with an excuse to not open.
First challenged my disability by saying I am not disabled. And then made any excuse to not open the toilet. Accessibility is poor here and the women was rude
