Very bad customer service every time I go to this store.it is the closest for me so I usually do a lot of my shopping and for kids over here.The staff are very rude.Today was a busy day at the store had to for one hour just to purchase 2packs of socks as only 2 staff were behind the counter and the other staff were loitering around pretending to be busy.The staff behind the counter don?t even thank you for shopping with them.too arrogant.management is very bad.

Offering a wide variety of equipment and casual sports gear at appealing prices. The store feels expansive yet well-sorted, so you can easily find items like trainers, bikes, or workout wear in no time. There?s a good range of mid-tier brands, and discounts make some deals a can?t-miss. Store layout is practical though can feel busy at peak times. Helpful staff make checkout smooth. An excellent all-rounder for sporting needs.

Always a pleasant experience shopping at Sports Direct in Hounslow. Big shout out to Bandish who is always extremely helpful with anything I need. Very kind, patient, and makes the whole visit much easier. Really appreciate the great service!

Very bad experience on 4th August
Blunt mid age lady staff on upper entrance
I visited with my kid and wanted to purchase. store was not yet closed still 20-30 min was left
While we entered she commented those who want to buy don?t come at closing
With bad face expression
I left with anger and didn?t do any purchase will not come again. If I see the same lady

Nick was extremely helpful he?s customer service was on point. The rest of the store would have got 1 star but nick really deserves 5 stars. Please employ more staff like nick ?

Avoid Sports Direct Hounslow at all costs.
This was one of the worst shopping experiences I?ve ever had. The staff at this store are shockingly unprofessional, rude, and completely uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait ages for assistance, even though the store was practically empty. Every time I asked someone for help, they either ignored me or brushed me off, acting like I was an inconvenience.
It?s clear that customer service means nothing to this team. Their arrogant attitude and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable for any retail business. I left the store feeling frustrated and angry, and I will never spend my money here again.
Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. Sports Direct Hounslow is an absolute disgrace.

Beyond fuming this shop is a joke to the sports direct franchise I brought my partner one of the Liverpool stadium LEGO kits which had a £25 sticker on getting to the till with a few other bits I paid and started to leave questioning why it was more than I thought I checked the receipt and it came up with £28 I went to the till to question this and the rude lady said there was nothing she could do fine I wasn?t going to argue over £3 plus I had my babies with me, getting home my partner opened it and found out it was missing its base board and the instruction manual and the labelled bags had been switched so we had two of the same bags of LEGO so we took it back to the store and the level of disrespect we got from the staff was disgusting! Eventually they let us exchange it for another box we got home to find out this box is missing pieces too! Enough just decided to not shop here again I?ll go else where!

The worst customer service ever we had in the entire UK, especially the lady staffs in Sports Direct, Hounslow. I was a regular customer there but due to the unacceptable behaviour of the lady staffs, we prefer not to go there. There are lady staffs standing at the entrance who don?t know how to handle the customers and they are really rude and awful. Better go to JD sports for excellent customer service.

I have bought sketchers shoes last month and which has torn out from the rear side. I really don?t know the reason behind this and went back to Hounslow?s high street store to return it back and in exchange want the same shoes however the store manager has said that this cannot be done. I am really upset with the sketcher services and the piece I bought. I always go for sketchers shoes in my life and first time facing such issues. Can you help me to resolve this issue. The shoes were damaged then there is question on the quality. It is something which I have not done by myself. This is totally unfair.

Worst experience, the staff don?t have time for customer they are busy in doing nothing. If you want to go there make sure you have at least one hour extra for wait bcz staff will keep passing you to each other.
