Some staff is rude, Bob particularly, absolutely disgusting customer support. Guys are hiding their manager?s name and working hours. They don?t refund you the money, credits only, referring that this was policy in the store for over the 15 years. Nobody tells you that when you are paying for your shopping. Never again. Good luck to you Bob especially! Laughing into your customer?s face who is kindly asking for help, wow, that is a pitiful sight ?

A good place to get cheap and branded children?s gear. Another frequent shop with my children over last 9 years to a store close to my family home. Helpful friendly staff whom got to know over the years.

I think it is the last time I will buy from this brand no more , I am really disappointed . My story is when I bought my son a football trainer on 28th August. After he wears it two or three times on his PE lesson on the school . He became with a damaged front . I tried with the sports direct's staff to find a solution for me, but the answer was no, it was my son mistake. How it is my son's mistake he used to play football since he was a 3 year old and didn't happen this fult with another brand, for next time I will never buy from you guys and my advice buy from onther place not here , there you have rights but on sports direct no rights just pay and close your mouth ????

I brought a winter coat from Sports direct in Hounslow on 12.10.2023 and when I went home I tried it on and it was not comfortable at all. Hence I decided to return it. I came to the store on 14.10.2023 and asked the coat to be returned and I told the staff that it was not comfortable. In the first place she sounded rude to speak. The second thing she did was telling me that Sports direct does not have a policy to refund and they only give credit notes and that can be used in 2 years in any sports direct or online shopping with you guys. This is the Indian girl and she is from Goa as I guessed from the language. I have been shopping in sports direct many times and I know that you guys have a refund policy. Maybe this girl is new to the store or she just does not know her product well. I was forced to take a credit note from the store. I hope someone would get back to me on this.

Hi We recently bought a Carlton badminton racket on 50% from this shop - Sports Direct, Hounslow. In just 2 days of hardly 15 minutes usage , the strings have come out . I have attached the image of the racket. When we reached the store, we were completely declined any help or warranty to replace the racket.Offers in this shop means products are too old and I would never recommend any one to choose this shop for your sports needs. Thanks

I would like to tell you about how bad customer service experience I had from one of the employee at sports direct Hounslow high street store London. I had made a purchase of this shirt for my husband on 31st August as u can see on the receipt. And yesterday 12th aug I went to return it cuz when my husband tried the shirt on I saw some strings coming off the shirt and definitely he can?t wear it like that. U can see the tag is still there and it?s not been worn and washed. I went to the till and being a genuine customer of sports direct for past 7 years I told them what the reason was for me to bring the shirt back. Usually they don?t even check for the product. The lady at the till called a staff named Chandni and this employee straight away tells me refund is not in their policy whereas it?s clearly mentioned that I can get a refund but for the start I didn?t even ask for refund I was happy to exchange or even get a voucher to spend on my next purchase. But she refused. I would have not really be so upset to drag this matter but that staff?s attitude was very disrespectful. She stood there with her folded hands and tells me that she is not going to give a reason why I am not eligible for refund or exchange. There were other customers who even tried to explain her that it a customers right to get a reason why she is denied for refund or exchange. I waited for while for her to respond to me but she disappeared from the till. So I asked the other staff at the till where the manager was and she said Chandni who attended me is a manager. So I went on shop floor and asked another staff about the manager so I could speak to her again. The staff mentioned that the manager is not in store today. That was a twist in the story. Because I thought I just spoke to the manager who refused to give reason. So I went a little further to the next staff and asked about the manager and that staff said manager is on break. So I was surprised how the staff have different answers to where the manager is. So I went back to the till and asked them to call the manager and before they could give me another lie I told them I know his on break. Finally waiting for 50 mins one staff came and asked approached him to ask if he was the manager. And he said yes !!! So I told him what happened and by now i know the staff and chandni already narrated the story to the manager because they knew I would wait for him to come. I explained the manager showed the shirt the receipt and everything. The manager says let?s check for other shirts if they are the same. I even had told him that when I bought the shirt there were few shirts left. But now there r so many and all small size. That also means that his looking at the wrong batch of shirts for defects. The manager tried to save the staff as usual because you can?t put down your colleagues word in front of the customer. Finally the manager refused the exchange as well. He said he would give 20% staff discount on my next purchase to which I told him I?m not repeating my mistakes again. I learn the first time itself. Overall very bad experience at the store from the staff Chandani. Very poor customer service by her and very rude and disrespectful attitude towards customers.

Bought and paid for a football shirt, nobody at the store to add a printed name as he was apparently away for 3 days.went back and paid for printing on the 7th, was told should be done within 2 days came back on the 9th and presented receipt and asked for my shirt. Was made to wait 10 mins before being told that shirt was not printed after paying and being given a date to come back. No care or apology for the clear incompetence, just told to wait with no explanation of why it wasn?t done. Do not come here, go to another store or buy online. Disgusting customer service, people at the checkout shouting about ?get me a slushy? to other staff and having no sense of customer service. Staff like this is why the high street is dying and will be dead soon. Don?t blame covid for extremely below customer service, terrible is a polite way of putting this shopping experience. Took almost 45 mins from time of asking to receive my already ordered and paid for item.

Abused language||| physical asult|||staff member used abused language and cheap behaviour.I have tried entered into store at 6:48 pm there is cleaner in the pic try to clean at entrance and used abused language and try to hit me with broom stick. Complained to other staff members but not responding proper and saved him by hiding. Even it?s recorded in cctv time 6:48pm to 6:53pm (16th Aug 2023)Please be careful with this person attached in this pic.

This store needs to shut down and re open with better displays and be neat and tidy. I have been in this store about three times in 3 years I try to avoid. Customer service is 0.Customers left wandering about to find any shop assistant for help to buy a product when eventually find one they say another colleague will help, which is never the case. Change of management is essential.Miserable unhelpful employees no smiles no welcome .Yet it is the customers who spend their hard earned money to keep the store open and people employed.Today I went got no help as usual. Good job they done me a favour as i went to the Deichmans opposite and got exactly what i wanted and good price also service with a smile from the store assistant.
