Bought bits for the house, kitchen and garden, for everything to break within couple weeks!! As I had spent alot of money in this store, I went back to exchange, and was shocked at the rudeness from the owners. Disgraceful customer service!! Absolute rip off, cheap products that break in minutes. No exchange or refund policy. States nothing in store has guarantee!! Worst customer service ever experienced, no values or morals. Quick to tale your money, no after care or customer support thereafter. Be warned!!
