All the people at Shah were kind to everyone including some who were a bit cranky. I am especially indebted to Anish, the pharmacist who worked with me on a difficult logistics problem in getting a prescription filled.

Dont go here, they charged me £18 which you can buy for £10 at boots also they dont give you receipt.

many years ago Shahs got my prescription wrong. I went back to boots. Boots closed -back to shah. Instead of giving my thyroid medicine, they gave me clonesepan and they were closesd the day before xmas & will not be opening till wednesday. I will not be going back!

Fantastic Covid vaccinator: Harsh. He was so patient with my needle phobic son. Can?t thank him enough and the manager/ owner who put my apprehension at rest (after other bad experiences in other places.)

unfortunate encounter with one of your staff members, MJ. During my recent phone call , MJ raised her voice, displayed rudeness, and lacked proper manners while interacting with customers. When I asked for her name, she dismissively responded as "MJ." And hang up also she said go and tell your doctor..I will never visit and change my pharmacy .waste staff
