I wish could give a Review even without one star after having a worst experience of customer service in my life. We went for a basic shopping and while we were looking around the black lady from customer service started screaming on my two years old daughter and in return when we said this isn?t the right way to talk to a child, after she been so rude and yelling like a hell on us and on top pretending that am calling security and we said yes call someone but no one came and then we asked her name and they didn?t even tell. We told a security man outside about the incident and he sent us to the Management office right in the corner but they said they can?t do anything you can just leave a review on the website or just contact select store.We come for shopping not to get humiliated. My daughter is very Scared after the incident. I will never visit this store again and requesting all the ladies with kids not to visit this store ever. They need to fired this lady as she doesn?t know a single word of customer service and I feel like she?s mentally unstable the way she abused my child.

Yesterday, I bought a pair of trousers, but the staff forgot to remove the security tag. Today, when I was about to wear them for an important meeting, I noticed the tag was still there. I went to the store to have it removed, but the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She didn?t listen to me at all and immediately said she hadn?t seen me yesterday, as if I was lying. She treated me as if I were a thief, which was very insulting. I told her they have a record of the purchase, so she could check. Even after I showed my bank receipt proving the payment was made at their showroom, her attitude didn?t change. This was not my mistake?it was the fault of their staff. Her behavior completely ruined my day. I don?t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience truly came from the heart.

Store Manager was absolutely vile towards me.
I asked for help and she refused to help me. She started to shouting at customers in front of us. When my child touched the jewellery she screamed at them to stop.
She was talking to her staff I a manner fit for dogs. It is a wonder she is still employed and has any staff left. To make matters worse she overcharged me for
Goods and told me there was nothing she could do about it. The store was dirty. I will never come back to this store or shop with select.

Rude staff
I visited today select store in hounslow with my friends.one of the staff member is very rude to me.My friend was trying the dresses in the fitting room.I entered the room to saw her dresses which she wore.one of the staff lady told me to get out from the fitting room and pointed me to out from the room.she has no sense how to deal with the customers.Please provide the proper training to the staff how to deal with the consumers.Thank you.

On November 27th at around 1:15 pm, I went into the Select store located in the Tratado center in Hounslow, I decided to try on some sneakers that were my size. When I tried on the big sneakers on my foot, I put the sneakers on the shelf and continued looking at things in the store and stopped to appreciate a necklace that I decided not to buy. When I was leaving the store, the employee came running and said that he had messed with the sneakers, to which I replied yes and what's the problem? The manager very arrogantly said that I had to put them in place, to which I replied that it was not my job but his. The operation was once again arrogantly says that I was messing with a necklace where the necklace was. I looked at him and wondered if he would accuse me of stealing since the necklace was in the same place. He replied again that he had Mexican on his necklace. To put an end to the serious and incriminating accusations, I had to call the police to be able to leave the store.The operation must have some type of trauma and discrimination with people dressed modestly and accusing people of stealing in front of other customers. I feel deeply offended, discriminated against and unfairly accused.

Affordable & fashionable. When purchasing christmas gifts here they extended the reciet return policy for after christmas so if the clothes where the wrong size etc. I could brind them back and exchange them. Lovely and friendly staff!
