I had a wonderful experience at the Santander Hounslow branch. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to mention AAMNA and KIRAN they are absolute stars! They went above and beyond to assist me, patiently addressing all my queries and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their friendly and supportive approach really made a difference. Thank you both for your outstanding service ,truly an excellent team!

I don?t have any problem from Hounslow staff they are really helpful but I am giving 1 star to Santander which is a lot because they block my account without any reason it?s still block I am calling but they just give me a short reply we don?t have any kind of information , so please unlock or block my account. I need to cash out my money I don?t have my whole money is stack their please you people have to understand our situation you people have very very very very slow process ?

Me and my husband came to the Santander Hounslow branch for our 10.30 appointment. We've been informed that we have to wait 15 min because appointment before us was a little longer and that looks like 2 customers were booked for 10:30 for the same advisor. I asked the staff member how they will decide who will go first if we have the same time. She said "don't worry the other guy is my friend so you can go first." After 15 min of waiting the advisor -Amina went outside and said " I am taking this customer first because you didn't booked the appointment with us so you have to wait another 20 or more minutes". First of all it wasn't my fault they overbooked her. It is very rude to blame the customer for their mistakes. She almost shouted at us it is very unprofessional for the Bank advisor. Normally I don't have problem if someone is making mistakes like that but the way she accused us of not making appointment like it was our fault is absolutely appalling. I am not coming back there.

I would like to leave a review about cashier Kiran, she is always so helpful and friendly. I recently lost my parents, and the way she handled and supported us in dealing with everything was with compassion empathy and efficiency.

Initially it was terrible experience with the way how the problem was dealt . After 3 weeks of continuos follow ups our case went to Kiran chamma . She was really helpful and it was super fast in closing down the case in 2 hours time . Really needed such kind of people in the branch to overcome problems which Santander process creates , otherwise the bank will be closed soon

Upon arriving to open an account, I was assisted by Mr. Syed, who was courteous and helpful. However, during the process of reviewing the account policies in the office room, Mrs. Kiran Shah entered abruptly and displayed rude behavior towards both myself and My Wife.
What was particularly concerning was Mrs. Shah's lack of professionalism, as she was not wearing a name badge, making it difficult to address her properly. Furthermore, her demeanor was abrasive and disrespectful, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service provided.
As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive courteous and respectful treatment from all staff members, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, my encounter with Mrs. Shah fell short of these expectations, and I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
