Useless staff.
Talking on their language.
Don't care about customers.
If you ask questions they get annoyed to answer.
2 Asian lady on Saturday 12th around 1500. Not eve bothered to come to help or serve. Moving so slow to the desk to help.
But happy to serve her colleague in a rush at the desk and speaking loud in her own language.
I live more the branch from Hounslow West .
They do care about customer.

security guard needs to be retrained, i came to this store yesterday and the security guard ibrahim ive never had a interaction as i did last night, i came to the store and imediately this guy is hovering over me and not leaving my sight i was in the store 5-10 min and he did not leave my sight, which was uncomfortable, then i pick up a few items a drink and i needed shaving cream which was way to over priced, so i decided to put everything back and just walk 10 min to lidl, this security guard as i was leaving literally walking at a snails pace, runs across the store, and in my face shouts at me going where are the items what have you done with them, i calmly said i put them back, what is your issue, no alarm went of and i left the store Infront of several staff, when i confronted him on his behaviour he then got irate, and started going im doing my job, clearly not because last i checked a security guard dont unprovoked follow you around the whole store, and then run up to you as the exit and shout in your face, now last i checked its not illegal to change your mind, and until a alarm goes of a security guard cant act, so th is individual make assumptions of me essentially shop lifiting, without any rimal reason to suspect me is ridiculous, please do better sainsbury and train your staff, as thier is nothing worse than being publicly shamed Infront of loads of people, for something you haven't done.

I had worst experience in this store tonight. I went to grap some few items in Sainsbury's. After I grapped and I'm in the self service ready to scan and pay for it, I realised two items does not have any barcode at all. I called the team leader of the store and asked him politely why these items don't have barcode. He then took the items without no explaining the error. Then he came up to me and said excuse me we were not meant to sell these items, with out any explanation or apologising. Very poor customer service and unprofessional stuff and misorganised. These stores needs professional stuff to be replaced.

About 3 weeks ago we had the worst experience ever when we made the mistake to enter this store during our holiday in London!!! We are a foreign couple who set foot for the FIRST time in that store on November 30th 2023 to buy some food. Hardly had we taken a few steps into the store when a security guard approached us and told my partner that he was not welcomed there and wasn`t going be served because he had some information about him. We were completely SHOCKED! We asked him what he could possibly know about 2 tourists who entered that store for the first time but he kept saying the same thing. My partner asked him if he also knew that he was a police chief superintendent and showed him his badge. Hearing the conversation one of his co-workers came along and tried to calm him down apologizing to us on his behalf. We still shopped there (which we shouldn`t have!) and left the store with the same guy stalking us outside just to see what kind of car we had come by. We felt completely harassed and humiliated in this store by an employee who should not be allowed to interact with customers! Whether he was delusional or just took my partner for somebody else makes no difference as this IS NOT an attitude that should be tolerated by the store management!!!

Extremely bad customer service. Staff named PATRICK (old man) was being very rude and swearing to customer when told he was rude for no reason. It's a big shame for reputed shop like saintsbury's to hire staff like him who is tarnishing the image. I wouldn't go there now on. I would not recommend anybody to go there just to get bad service and shouted at.

Staff Theresa towards service is bad l just went to buy something went to the counter .the staff Theresa said only self service and keep promoting do you want tabacco I said No she said if you buy some tabacco we can give you counter service what a shameful that they are promoting tabacco and what a lazy staff don?t do there job proper please can some one come back to me about this complain.
