I love browsing at this branch ? the fashion is always on point, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The store layout makes it easy to find both trendy and classic pieces. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and there?s often good in-store availability. I appreciate the calm atmosphere even during busy weekend slots. It?s a reliable go-to when I need something stylish quickly. Definitely worth a visit.

Horrible manager, happen to go there to return an item bought online, although lady on the counter was nice and explained the procedure but she needed to confirm it from manager, when manager came, she was hell rude to the counter lady and treat her like her slave then she turned to me and speak like I might steal it instead of buying it.
I like stuff from River island but I?m not gonna go this branch ever again!

Horrible customer service, I visited the store today and didn?t find anyone at the billing counter. I saw a lady who was mopping and asked her if she could call anyone and help me, the lady was so rude. Today was my last visit to that store for sure. The management needs really good staff. Please consider this matter

Unprofessional and very bad customer service. Sold me gilet and ripped it while removing the tag .didn't see it until coming home.went back second day to a near shop they refused to exchange it they said I have to go all the way back to the shop i bought it from.i never heard of tjis rule this is a chain. Anw called the customer service they told me me they need to call the shop and Investigate if the sales person ripped it and then get back to me how to solve the problem. I didn't wait for their reply went same day and return it in westfield and sales person handled the situation better then customer service or the shop manager.she got me another one removed the tag and made me check it afterwards. The most funny part the customer service contacted me after 4 days to tell me that they checked the cameras and these type of garments are not tagged and that it's not ripped in the shop. Seriously trying to fluff me with the gilet.after replying and telling her that I already exchanged it and it has a tag they sent me an apology.

Terrible Customer Service!
The manager told me I could come in for an exchange of a product that wasn't even worn, but when I arrived the next day, a rude and unprofessional staff member refused to do it, claiming the item was "dirty" when it was just some lint that could be brushed off. She looked at the shirt and just threw it back onto the counter so disrespectfully, when I asked for her name she refused to give it because she knew she was wrong. Total waste of my time, train your staff to actually help customers instead of making up stupid excuses...The way she carried on, you?d think the store was on the verge of bankruptcy and my exchange would ruin them.

Shitty customer service, bought a shirt for fathers day this year, came back to exchange for the right size, but ended up having to order the right size. The lady told me to wait till I recieve an email telling me to come and collect it from the store in a weeks time. A week passed I hadnt recieved an email but still went to see whether they had recieved the order or not. They said they havent yet and I should be getting one soon so I should come back once I get the email. I still havent recieved an email to come and collect till this date.

Wide selection of mid and top range fashion items. Well lit store in a somewhat busy mall. Depending on when you visit, there are some reasonable money saving specials.
