Today i visited the place.. the lady on the cash register was so rude.. there ever no clients/customer when i went there.. still she refused to me.. saying they are super busy.. there were no customer all.. this the 3rd time she did it ..please don't go there.Service: Eyebrow shaping

Begged for a 5 minute eyebrow clean up and the woman on the phone was soooooo rude to me, me and my mum have been customers here for 6 years doing waxing and threading , never ever again !!!!!! Such horrible people very very disappointed !!!!!!!!

This place is no frills but does exactly what you need it to. I get my eyebrows threaded here every now and then and I'm always happy with the result. It's super affordable too - £3 for eyebrow threading.

The staff are lovely, super friendly people but the quality of work is unfortunately not up to par. I always come back from waxing and threading with more broken hairs than extracted ones, and with regular burns. Has resulted in a number of scabs/scratches and ingrown hairs. Unfortunately it's my own laziness that makes me go back as it is conveniently local and well priced. The customer service is outstanding but I am reluctant to continue using their services because of the poor quality of work. Whats most concerning is the unhygienic practices - i saw one of the girls drop a brush whilst colouring someone's hair. She simply picked it up and carried on applying like it was nothing, despite the floor being littered with hair from the cut taking place in the chair next to her. Same girl with another customer dropped yhe lady's facemask on the floor then picked it up saying it was okay because the inside of the mask didnt touch the floor. That's worrying in today's covid situation.All in all, lovely girls and great shop but I will think twice going back. Such a shame(Interesting to note that the only 5 star reviews are form profiles with 1 review only and they're almost identical in content....)Service: Body waxing

the most terrible manicure I have ever had. The master was engaged in several other matters besides working with me. For processing, she used only one nail file, from which all the nails were too short and crooked. I asked her not to cut the cuticle, but was able to make me a wound anyway. I asked about the price several times. In the end, they wanted to take 10 £ more. I paid £ 30 for a manicure that is not possible to look at. Everything is notsterile ! Is there a compensation for such work?
