Appalling experience. Avoid! I stayed at the Wyndham Hounslow about one year ago and I am still shocked by the experience. Besides being a filthy and unkempt room, the shower continuously flooded the bathroom. Since this was a room intended for disabled guests - I pointed out the evident danger to guests possibly slipping. I don't think that the front desk could have been less concerned and nothing was done. In fact, the staff could not have been more arrogant and unhelpful. Tons of better hotels nearby. Give this one a pass.

Food amazing however little shady regards their treatment towards an individual with life threatening allergies. Waiting staff assured the food contained none of her allergens yet she started to have a reaction on ingesting some of the food. Antihistamine tablets reduced reaction thankfully. My colleague asked to see the ingredients and all foods offered. This was never produced although asked for several times. The kitchen changed her food upon request. Pudding arrived with the comment ? this contains non of your allergens but we cannot guarantee that ingredients sourced have not been contaminated with nuts in the factory ? So my colleague was being handed the responsibility of Russian roulette with her pudding ! The pudding was refused. Ingredients list again not given on request and her pudding was exchanged for fresh fruit. Appalling service for someone that could literally lose her life from anaphylaxis.

When I come back to London, you can bet I?ll be staying somewhere else. This place does absolutely nothing to make your life easier. They do not have compatible plugs for international visitors. They do not have any refrigerators in rooms or microwave ovens in rooms. Also they won?t reheat food you have leftover. One thing they have going for them is the proximity to Heathrow airport and they also have good ice cream.

This wretched organisation shut the hotel hours before my family and I were due to check in. We were left stranded at Heathrow after arriving from Australia, as it was the queens funeral. No hotels available. Truly the worst company to deal with. Am absolute disgrace. Have taken zero responsibility for what happened.

Stayed for 2 nights here, but was force to vacate on my third due to government taking over? Imagine get the notice at 8.30pm and expected to leave by 11am the next day. Of course able to go nearby hotel but how come the hotel dont know this going to happen? Should have inform way earlier and again doesn?t make sense hotel don?t know this in advance. Ridiculous and super inconvenient since am traveling with luggage etc. to pack back since all unpacked?

Stayed here as part of a Caledonia coach trip, I was pleasantly surprised, nice clean spacious room, lovely fluffy towels. Bar area small but ample, staff friendly. Breakfast was nicely cooked, restaurant area nice and clean. Reception staff, smart, friendly and polite

Location is certainly the winner here, being just a couple minutes walk from the tube station, and close to shops and restaurants if you need. I stayed a single night as an alternative to my usual airport stopover and will certainly be returning as I had no complaints at all for the price. The room was modern and clean, and a spacious size. There were electric sockets next to both sides of the bed, the TV was decent enough for a single night and there was minimal noise from outside or adjacent rooms, despite the central busy location. At the right price point this is one of my new favourites in the area!

I booked here for a one night stay via Hotels.com and it was cancelled at the last minute. It appears the hotel have a government contract which is more lucrative than taking bookings from individuals, so they don't care about letting them down. Not an acceptible way to run a business in 2022. If you want to accept a government contract like you have, you should have stopped taking bookings after a certain time, rather than cancelling the ones you already had.

Stood outside being told the hotel is closed alone at 9pm. Seems Ramada can't afford to phone to make sure people don't keep arriving. Spoke to the hotel next door who said there are at least 5 people a day still turning up. Sort it out you are leaving people stranded.

The rooms are really run down, not very clean, shower was broken, bathroom felt dirty, walls & windows are thin, there was a weird mouldy smell in our room too, good points are it is close to Hounslow central tube station and staff are friendly!

Unbelievable. Had no record of our stay - blamed computer! Put us in a room that was embarrassingly already occupied. Found us another which was ok. On checkout we reconfirmed our return in two weeks only to receive a notification 10 days later that our return was cancelled without cause or explanation. Appalling service

This hotel was booked in good time for the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. On the day of arrival we were staggered to learn that the hotel was closed. We were told that the UK Government had taken it over. No notice of this change had been communicated, and no refund had been processed. The "manager" refused to send a one or two line email explaining what had happened and was rude, aggressive and completely dismissive of our plight. I would never consider using this hotel again (I am (was) a repeat visitor) and really cannot find words that describe my anger at what they did. In summary, the booking was cancelled, noone told us and they still have our money. An utter disgrace.

Had the hotel booked as we were going into London for a concert. However, the hotel cancelled presumably as they now know they can increase the price with it being around the time of the Queen's funeral. Stay classy Ramada.
