I visited hounslow store this morning regarding some of the items I bought yesterday. The manager in store today was outstanding. It's helpful when staff are friendly and happy to help the customers. This staff member was so helpful to me.
Im really greatful to Natalia (store manager) for all of her efforts.

Went there to return socks that were given to me as a gift as I did not like the style. I had the receipt but it was paid with a different card. I was told to go to the manual tills of which only 4 were manned out of 6 and there was a long queue at the time. There are 20+ automated tills by the way but you can?t return items there, clearly shows their priorities (more sales over anything else). As the item was paid with a different card, I was told to exchange them with another item. When I went there again to get the socks exchanged, I get told my the manager that they are not in ?saleable condition? and they can?t do anything about it, in the most uncaring, nonchalant manner. The socks weren?t that expensive but I was upset by this abysmal behaviour by staff. Poor customer service is an understatement and I would avoid this store as much as possible.

Acuse people for stealing without any proof: Went Primark on 4 June 2025. We wanted to buy some clothes and utility stuff at the end of the month. After looking things and comparing prices to other stores when we were leaving the store, Security told us that staff member saw you guys took something even tho we didn't take anything then how did the staff saw us which means they were clearly lying. We had to show our pockets which were empty. Is this the new policy of the store that employees have to lie, accuse, and haress its customers. Is this because we belong to another ethnic group. Is it written on our faces that we are thieves? It's truly sad that racist people like that exist. Shameful ?.

Bought from here. They charged me 15p for bag. After charging they told me they dont have any bags and tell me to get a refund for it queuing in the long line. Very disappointing

My partner and I had to go through a random check out at the self service tills. After the colleague checked our shopping and repacked our bag herself we tried to leave the store. Another worker (possibly manager) shouted at us in front of the other customers that she had to see our receipt and accused us of putting things in our bag.
