Food is functional for buy and go in an airport, the coffee is slightly bland but again, this is a no fuss place, as expected.

Located in Heathrow Terminal 4 departures. Big branch. Americano was fine. Good selection of sandwiches, soups, pastries, drinks and more. Service was efficient. If you want a coffee or a bite to eat before a flight, then yes.

This Pret desperately needs a renovation to alleviate absurd lines. Self check-outs? A lane just for those not waiting for coffee? Anything would be an improvement. As currently arranged, staff are distractedly switching between processing orders and making coffees, resulting in lots of half-made drinks sitting out on the counter. This is still the best quick food option in T4, but please get one of your corporate architects in here for a reorg!

The staff I want to mention actually worka for the airport (in a pink t-shirt with Heathrow logo) - her anme is Flora. After I just sat down with my dinner, I saw a family of 3 came and squeezed at a small table of 2. I offered to swap table with them. When I lifted my tray, the soup spoon dropped on the floor, I saw this lady in the Heathrow pink t-shirt and thought she works for Prey so I asked if she can help me to grab a soup spoon as I am on my own and not convenient to leave anyting unattended. She smiled and nodded. Ahe cam back with the spoon and told me actually she doesn't work for Pret and said:"don't worry, I am on my break and getting a coffee anyway, here is your spoon". I blashed and apologiesed to her. She was still smiling and saied" don't worry, I'm hapoy to help" and she came back with a small muffin said:" I took an extra muffin for you, enjoy" True hospitality from heart. Thank you Flora!!! You made the start of the long trip ahead so memorable.

Terrible service staff. A totally useless bunch of staff. I was waiting in the queue waiting for service. A couple ahead of me got their service and the staff walked away. Replacement staff started serving other customers in the next lane and I was left waiting there. I didn't come there for a freebie. I was a paying customer. Thanks Pret a manger..you've lost a customer for good. I hope this review is read by some of the senior management and the staff are given some customer service training. I didn't expect this from this chain of cafes. Absolutely disgusted at the behaviour of the staff

Really good Pret, has a decent range of products and will make some fresh when they run out. Good place to grab a snack before a flight. Reliable quality and very tasty. Small range of desserts. Staff helpful and friendly

Very long wait time. Either less staff. Coffee was goood. Helped me get over the tiring travel for the last 4 days.

Awful service, 10% to ?eat in? like where am I supposed to go, it?s a captive audience. I returned a burnt almond croissant, the server put it straight back into the display! Awful and not recommend. T4 is not where I would fly from again, given a choice.

Awful service by one male employee. Queues were not fairly divided. One queue was been serviced by this worker, who also did lots of other jobs. This meant all other queues moved much quicker.
