I have been wanting to talk to my doctor Dr. Samira for about 3 months, they don't give me an appointment at all. When they give me an appointment, I go there and they send me to a doctor I don't like, and he doesn't know anything, and they don't even text me that you have a doctor's appointment. It's really awful. I'm sick of this kind of doctor. They don't do anything. They make people's illnesses worse. They always get on our nerves. My doctor is someone else. They send me to another doctor. What does this mean? I hear that they say you don't have a turn. The secretaries have done this several times. I tell them that if I have a turn, send me a message about the turn. They say that I will send it now, then they won't do it. Awful, awful, awful. I'm sick of you all.

Shockingly slow service with two people pointing people to self-checkout tills,rather than opening up the normal tills at the same time, therefore doubling the length of the queue ??. Totally nonsensical and lazy.
