Ordered on uber eats, I phoned to ask to put the cold drinks in a separate bag to prevent the fries from going soggy. The shop agreed and I received the food like so.
Delivered 10 minutes early.
Good quality food, no complaints really, as expected.
Only downside was pricing on uber eats is more expensive than ordering in store.

Yesterday 28/09/2024, I visited this store . I was given the order , but they had long time to taken the order, because delivery drivers waiting for the food , they not prepared on time every man harassment with the order and customers also . Staff members speak rudely and misbehaving with riders. After half in hour I received my order but my order not cook properly and too much hot . First and last time I visited the restaurant. Bad experience with this restaurant. Staff member unprofessional. I think customer need visit other place not in Hounslow

Ordered food on just eat. Waited 2 hours for food to arrive and it was still showing as preparing. I eventually had to drive to the shop myself and the staff are useless. The delivery drivers there told me they always have to wait around 2 hours for a damn order to be prepared.
How long does it take to make some burgers and chips? There was like 15 bags of food there but instead of completing one order at a time. They like to do 1 burger of all orders yo just waste everyone's time.
Then they lie that they already gave the food to the driver.
This shop is an embarrassment to the Pepes franchise. Avoid

Food is alright but they take at least 40 minutes to cook your food . They claim to be a fast food restaurant but it takes them 40 minutes to cook chicken

I visited on 21 Sep at around 1pm. I ordered takeaway and it was one of the worst Pepe?s i have ever had. Although I mostly order from Hounslow Pepe?s but this time was not meeting the standards at was very disappointing

My visit to pepe?s was an utter disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the lack of professionalism was evident. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. The ambiance was chaotic, with a disorganized layout and uncomfortable seating.
The food was nothing short of a disaster. The menu promised fresh ingredients and gourmet flavors, but what arrived at our table was bland, overcooked, and poorly presented. The panner was dry, and the so-called "Extra Hot" was just a tasteless concoction.
To top it off, the service was agonizingly slow, and our requests for basic accommodations were met with indifference. For the price we paid, we expected at least a modicum of quality, but instead, we left feeling like we had been fleeced.
I wouldn't recommend [Restaurant Name] to anyone. There are far better options out there that actually deliver on their promises and provide a pleasant dining experience.

Unfortunately, I waited more than a 15 minutes to order, and when I asked one of the staff if I could order, she told me I'm busy so wait a little and then when she came to take my order, she started talking on the phone and ignored me. I do not advise anyone to come to this place.
