Went in with my daughter to pick out something for her birthday only had a budget of £80, the tallish guy with long dark hair on the back and receding hairline was super pushy about spending more and kept on saying snarky and mean comments about our budget. I promptly left the store and went elsewhere, totally unprofessional making me and my daughter feel like we were not welcome will not be coming back again.

A lovely little store for delicate jewellery and gifts. The displays are elegant, making it easy to browse charms and bracelets. Staff are knowledgeable and respectful when handling pieces. I ordered a 14K Gold necklace but before the warranty was up the clasp broke. I went into this branch to have it replaced however the lady failed to tell me they did not do gold at that store. She replaced it with a gold plated one instead. When I realised and went back they said they did not have my necklace and could not offer me a refund. I've been running around between 5 different stores and 3 different customer service agents and they all have been useless by saying they cannot do anything. Absolutely disgusted by pandora.

Had a terrible experience here the manager was even on side with her rude staff member she even mentioned my dress size and how higher above she is than me. Terrible place horrible staff never going back.

I was in the shop yesterday and a lovely shop assistant, Diana , helped me to choose a couple of Christmas presents. She was so helpful and she took time with me so I didn't feel rushed. I ended up buying some other Christmas presents from there as i enjoyed my shopping experience and i ended up with some beautiful gifts. Thank you Diana

So lazy I went here for my birthday present and put in no effort because they profiled me,that?s why I started buying in different shops like the shepherd bush Westfield or Brent Cross as they are nice and I don?t mind spending my money as they help me out with styles and choice of earrings.
Second time I came I was judged as I came in school uniform and wanted to get my braclet fixed and they said they are going to send it back but the staff was rude and was thinking I was dumb and laughed when I said can you email and was lazy and just said no to that or a text when it was done. Now I have to come every 3months knowing if it?s they?re or not. I don?t recommend go to Brent Cross branch or White City.
It?s uncectable for a braclet to just get one fake dimond to be fixed in 6months

Was here at the sore today to exchange the ring , as the diamonds fell off . That is second time in 3 months . First time in Kingston store they exchanged happily and said that this is very common with particular ring . When same thing happen angain I went to Hounslow store and they said that is my own fault and ring looks bend . I attached the photo I mean to me still looks quite straight but I?m not professional. I said there is no way I could have bend it as i was very careful with it and wore it only occasionally. And said maybe it was given like this last time . I then was advised that I should check before taking items to see if they bend or not . And that if I want a repair I have to pay
