I visited this store with full intention and details to switch from EE to O2 and also purchase a flagship phone on contract. Robert (if his name is right) from the go was just rude and arrogant. I had done my research. He did not treat me well and was laid back as if he was at a beach resort. If this is how your staffs are trained then I can imagine the pain of switching over. I have an existing O2 connection (secondary number) + Virgin broadband. I plan to switch over to another provider soon. with staff such as these, this store is poorly managed for sure.. And Robert btw had his legs stretched all the way under the table onto our side and it was very disrespectful. I asked him to simply repeat the number as my screen was on the other site and he was rude about it saying I can find it by myself. A simple 4 digit number that he could not help with. Never visit this store in Hounslow..

I had a very disappointing experience at the O2 store on Hounslow High Street. The staff at the customer care desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. He didn?t even give me a chance to explain my issue, and when I tried to speak to another staff member, he snapped at me saying, ?Are you out of your mind? Can?t you see I?m talking to a customer?? This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional, and I genuinely expected better service from O2. I hope the management looks into this and takes steps to improve their customer service.

Today, my husband and I visited the O2 store because I had purchased my phone from there in December, and recently I noticed an issue with the battery. We wanted to have it checked, preferably by Mr. Vaskar, who had assisted us before. However, we were informed he might be off today.
As a result, we explained our concern to one of your staff members, Ms. Babita Bedi. Unfortunately, she responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She told us, quite harshly, that she does not work at an Apple store and that we should go there instead. She also said not to speak to her and even told my husband, ?Don?t talk to me, don?t waste my time, I don?t want to deal with you.?
When my husband politely asked why she was being so rude, explaining that we were just trying to get help for an issue, she replied again in an uncooperative tone, asking us to leave the store.
We were both extremely hurt by this behavior. While we chose not to argue and left the store quietly, we believe this kind of treatment is unacceptable?especially from a staff member who represents your brand. It seriously undermines our trust in O2 as a service provider.
We kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action. We hope no other customer has to experience this kind of behavior in the future.

I?m writing to express my disappointment and frustration after a recent phone interaction with one of your staff members.
I called the store simply to ask two straightforward questions: what time you close and whether the iPhone 16 Pro Max in black was in stock. Before I could even finish my inquiry, the staff member abruptly hung up on me. I attempted to call back seven times, with no answer. On the eighth call, he finally picked up and told me rudely, ?Don?t call anymore, we need to close soon!?
I find this completely unacceptable . As a paying customer simply trying to decide whether to visit the store that day, I expected at least basic courtesy. Instead, I was met with rudeness, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of customer service.
I believe this behavior reflects very poorly on your store, and I respectfully ask that this matter be addressed. It is essential that staff members treat all customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of the time of day.
This person clearly lacks the professionalism, patience, and basic courtesy required for a customer-facing role. I strongly urge you to take immediate action ? this individual is not suited for this job and is damaging your store?s reputation.
Please investigate this incident seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure this kind of behavior is never repeated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see a positive change going forward.

I do not like this customer service here. My daughter tried to exchange her phone for a new one, and there was nothing wrong with her phone, but the lady spoke rudely to her, so she bought a new phone online, and was supposed to get a notification to come collect her phone, but we have been waiting for a day and still no notification.we tried contacting them but they were not answering.

I went to O2 today (Hounslow High street) to upgrade my phone. The guy who came to serve me there gave me very bad customer service experience.
He is a person with a lot of attitude and no manners at all. He answered the questions I asked him as if I had come to get a free phone from him. During our conversation he was playing something like games on his mobile phone. It was very rude behavior.
It didn't matter to him that we tried to leave the shop without buying any phone because he was so busy with his mobile phone playing some games.
I'm very disappointed.

very very bad experience of my life with the 02 hounslow .the office staff is very disrespectfull specially Babita girl when i asked please solve my iphone and sim problem they shouted on me and she talkedwith me rude behaviour.she asked me get out from their office im not solve your problem you can cancel 02 contract i dont care .i strongly suggest everyone please do not visit 02hounslow office they are not give solutions our problems

Very bad service at 02 in Hounslow, took out a contract over the phone and was told I?ll receive my new phone on the same day. Called them and spoke to someone around 11am and since then tried calling on multiple occasions for an update my call wasn?t being answer and then cut off multiple times. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a reputable company like o2. Definitely not gonna carry the contract on after reviving service like that.

Having done some online research beforehand, I visited the Hounslow store on the 2nd of September 2024 with a view to join O2 and take out a 24month contract.
I had my PAC code and ID with me and simply wanted to clarify a few points before signing on the dotted line.
I was ?served? by Ritesh and was immediately taken aback by the poor level of customer service he provided.
He appeared completely disinterested and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience rather than a potential new customer.
My questions were met with one line answers and a complete lack of proactivity or enthusiasm.
I would consider it a basic of good customer service to establish eye contact with the person you?re serving. Instead Ritesh was constantly distracted by other customers entering the store or by looking at his phone which is why I decided to leave the without signing a contract.
I would hope this feedback will be reflected upon as customer satisfaction is obviously essential for a company to succeed.
