Good morning went to collect my order to hounslow branch, staff checked ID proof and verified chip and pin. Signature was faded at the back of card, tracy employee asked me sign at the back, I told I have already signed and signature has faded, if you want to check the signature I can sign on the white paper but she refused. then another employee by name Laura intervened and she was very rude. Service was insane, I will never ever go to hounslow branch.

I exchanged my money there twice once for Cyprus and once for GreeceMrs Edna was really helpful the atmosphere is nice no pressure or rush when exchanging the rates are really good just a really good and people friendly place to exchange your money

I went into Eurochange yesterday to inquire about the rates and while the lady was providing me with all the information i required i started to feel dizzy, and immediately knew the reason why. I had taken my medication this morning but had not eaten anything. The cashier whose name was Edna was very concerned and gave me a drink as well as one of her sandwiches that she had brought in for her lunch. Within a few minutes i felt much better, thanks to Edna, who probably saved me from passing out. I cannot thank her enough and look forward to returning to the exchange center later in the week before i fly out to South America. Once again, thank you Edna.

Been using the Hounslow branch for several years now.Can?t fault the service. Always greeted warmly and then my transaction dealt with professionally.At times when your website has let me down they have always given me the web rate too, which I have very much appreciated.

Very poor (ridiculously bad) customer service. For some unknown reason - possibly to get rid of the staff's own unused Euro coins from a holiday - for a £1500 exchange I was given 20 euros in COINS rather than a note in the Hounslow Treaty Centre branch. When I phone about this Tahir tells me it was to do me a favour in case I needed money for a coffee!! I ask him what is the biggest problem going through airport security? Coins setting off the metal detector, of course. Tahir tells me I need to speak to the manager MIKE BELLIS (he also mentions a manager ALI), anyone but himself. Tahir maintains that everyone wants coins and refuses to do anything about it (he's closing the shop in 10 minutes at 17.50pm).I have euro and other coins myself at home left over from trips but have never attempted to take them back through UK security abroad - I give them to charity via my local bank.In hundreds of currency exchanges in my 67 years of holidays, I have never ever been given coins by an exchange bureau. No wonder Sana who served me today didn't open the currency package and count it out before me! Is this also the company's policy now as well - the customer just has to trust that it is correct? I have used Eurochange exclusively in the last few years but I never will again. I've given one star because you can't give zero stars, unfortunately.**The issue with the Hounslow branch was resolved by the very nice young man who phoned me from customer services and by the considerable trouble taken by Michael Bellis who went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. Thank you.
