What's the deal w/ security in this place. They make you feel like you're walking into the Pentagon. Up your backside from the first minute you come in, in the most intrusive way and stares you down the whole time.
Won't be coming back. Will also advice family and friends to stay away. Go Online..

26th July @1.50pm. I asked a lady for assistance and she was not atall helpful. Then i went to change clothes to yry items out. O had three items waited at a empty till u till i shouted is anybody going to serve. The black lady was like i m coming. She took jer tome then started a discussion kept me waiting. I walked out. Absolutely poor unprofessional service. Twostaff and could not carerss about customers.

I could not generate a QR code for a return for some reason.I brought the clothing slip with a QR code but the 2 staff members stated they could not scan it.the 28 days has not expired therefore not sure why the QR was not regenerating on my phone.
How is anyone supposed to get their money back ...without the QR code you are done for.Newlook DAYLIGHT robbery..the staff were extremely unhelpful. If the staff can't help then what's the point of the store...shut it down!

Do NOT visit on a Thursday evening. The online website states it closes at 7pm, however, after walking all the way there, it was closed at 6pm ?

I recently visited and had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. She was a middle-aged woman with grey hair and a brown complexion. Unfortunately, her behavior was rude and unprofessional.
When I went to try on clothes, there was no staff member present to check the fitting rooms, so I proceeded with my trial. After selecting my items and heading to the counter for billing, this staff member approached me, questioning how I used the trial room. She then went back to check the exact room I had used and found clothes left behind?clothes that were **not mine**. Instead of clarifying the situation, she wrongly assumed I had left them there and proceeded to tell another staff member that I had created a mess.
This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly accused. I expect better customer service and professionalism from a retail establishment. I hope the management addresses staff behavior to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for customers.

Having come from a retail background, I understand closing hours and cashing up etc. I was stopped at 5:40pm to enter here because they were closed, when they should be closing at 6pm, they shouldn't be turning customers away 20 minutes before the shop closing time, I understand 5 mins before but 20.. you're taking the piss. The member of staff was absolutely revolting also, she had a disgusting cough and didn't even cover her mouth, in the end it was a blessing in disguise.. I was not going in the store after she coughed all near the entrance.

Let me start by saying I love New Look but this store particularly - you never get this stocked up.. The trial room is always under maintenance, better go to another store.

Most of the merchandise is on sale and is premium quality and value for your money. The staff are very friendly and and helpful. Very organised display racks and shelves. Brightly lit shop to help navigate the narrow aisles of clothing and accessories.
