AVOID AVOID\\n\\nThis is the definition of dirty place. Looks like a garage, walls are dirty, the place is also some kind of shop. Booked through Treatwell, didnt dye my hair properly, cut was uneven, very rude, unprofessional. I was disgusted the whole time. The only reason i stayed was because it was pre-paid. Tried to complain and they refused a refund. The ''hairdresser'' couldnt fully cover my hair with the hair dye and said ''ah its not my fault your hair is like this''. Nothing like the photos online. Felt so disgusted.

Very very very bad serviceI went there for my hair cut n colourBefore booking appointment I told them How I wanted my hair too beMy hair were with colourBefore booking my appointment I went there to ask her if she can do itShe said yes his is my jobFor haircut n colour I set there till 7:20 pmShe started for me 10:50 amIn between I went an hour home leavingSaying it fineThen I realise what is the point having messy hair colour n cut after paying so much moneyAnd the shade she gave me is horrible orangeM waiting for month now to do by my selfWaste on £80 ( not a point of money it?s a point of time too wasted my day )Not even a sorry from that ladyThey don?t even have hair steamerOntop they are telling me not good for hairWhat a horrible replyLeaving a client with orange shade is this a good thing ? Avoid like the plague. Very rough, violent waxing resulting in so many in grown hairs and patches of skin ripped off. Messy and not clean. Unprofessional - had door open whilst I was practically nude! With (male teen!) children walking around to see! Did not use a new spatula and took forever and still missed so many patches of hair! Avoid avoid avoid. How they still have customers I will never know.

I went in to get a full face wax including threading of eyebrows. The woman did my face wax but not my eyebrows which i thought was strange. When she finished she asked me to check. I noticed she had ripped half the hair from my right eyebrow with the wax strip. When i contronted her saying she had waxed half my eyebrow off she said she didnt touch my eyebrows. Then offered to shape them for me. I then confronted her again of taking of half my eyebrow, she kept looking at my face saying no i didnt touch your eyebrow. This really annoyed me because you could clearly tell the difference between both eyebrows. I understand that anyone can make a mistake and it wasnt intentional however this woman failed to accept any responsibility and acted normal and made me look stupid. I then said you are not even admitting you did anything wrong which is the worst bit atleast accept what you have done and apologise. She just about managed to say sorry. I have been coming to this shop for the last 2 years but will be looking for a new place to get my waxing done from. They don't reward regular customers and dont care if they lose them either. Ive also noticed sometimes i get charged £12 and sometimes £13 depending on who's doing the waxing.

I donâ??t know what the standards of people who review well on this place are. Just had the worst salon experience. Went in for an eyebrow and upper lip thread. Iâ??ve only had my eyebrows threaded a handful of times, and this one was the most painful. I knew that the pain was unnatural and when she showed me my brows, there was blood between and under one of my brows. She also suggested using wax for my brows instead of threading, to which I agreed. After that she threaded the stray hairs on my upper lip but still managed to miss most of them. Prior to her attending to me, she was giving another client a head massage and didnâ??t bother to wash/ cleanse her hand before coming to me. At the end of it all, I requested that she not use the lotion she used on the previous client to put over the areas she worked on, as I told her my skin is sensitive and reacts badly to certain things. She suggested she uses the aloe Vera plant to soothe he skin. I told her it was fine and that I had one at home I could use, but she insisted and crushed a small part of the leaf in her- still unwashed- hands and applied it to my face. My problem is that I cannot critique people in person as I feel bad and am afraid I may come across as rude or snobby. This is why Iâ??m leavinf a review to save future customers from wasting their time and money in a place that deserves neither. Will not be returning nor recommending.
