Visited Hounslow Nationwide and had the most efficient, pleasant experience with Becky at the counter! I was dreading going into a branch but really she made it super straightforward and pleasant, and everything I required was done promptly.

Most of the staff at this Hounslow branch are professional and helpful, and I appreciate the good service I usually receive here. However, my recent visit was overshadowed by the unacceptable behaviour of one staff member.
A customer who was clearly struggling to explain their issue was met not with patience or support, but with raised voices and an unprofessional attitude. The staff member began shouting at them, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the branch.
It was disappointing to see one person?s conduct undermine the otherwise good work of the team. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should be made to feel embarrassed or intimidated for asking for help.

I visited Hounslow Nationwide recently on two occasions and Neha was extremely helpful on both visits. She was courteous, knowledgeable and patience in helping me ensure the forms filling task was completed correctly, she explained everything clearly and her understanding of good customer service is a credit to your branch. The staff have ALWAYS been so helpful for my Elderly parents when I bring then to the Branch.
