Very poor service from the staff. Got there at 3:30 pm and doors locked. Staff inside walking around ignored us when we were knocking on the door. They made eye contact but did not acknowledge us. This is not the 1st time we've experienced this. The staff are ruining the reputation and forcing customers to go to competition.

Management need to keep the staff in check they keep the phone of the hook on purpose after ringing for days went in branch to find the middle aged Asian man laughing with another contractor about how he keeps the phone of the hook it gets to busy to answer calls I traveled to see if they had the build I wanted in stock... read full comment
