visited Nando?s with my family recently, but we left disappointed. The food, including the Lemon & Herb sauce, tasted stale and was served cold. I noticed food left on the serving counter for a long time before being picked up, which likely impacted its freshness.
Additionally, staff finishing their shifts were chatting and laughing near the counter where uncovered food was left, raising hygiene concerns. Two supervisors were present but seemed more focused on discussing numbers rather than ensuring prompt service.
The overall experience was not up to standard, and I hope these concerns are addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

Had dinner here and asked for a straw for my son?s drink. At first, they said they don?t provide them anymore. When I insisted and asked again, the staff member then said they were out of stock. Eventually, I got a straw, but it was nearly the end of my meal. Not impressed at all?won?t be going back to Hounslow Nando?s.

Customer service at this place is always great and prompt.
The garlic sauce is getting a bit too spicy and salty however, for the first time in over 20 years I had to use ketchup which is madness when going to nandos.

food has down the hill. They are taking us for granted. Knowing people would eat nonsense for high prices. Get back to the basics and at least concentrate on cooking decent food before you finesse us.
