I went in today after a poor experience at the Westfield branch and these guys were fantastic! ABDOLRASOUL (Which is the name on the receipt) and the team were so so so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right! Would recommend.

Purchased two different colour trouser with 34R returned the Blue Trouser 34R due to faulty in waist size, the manager was really rude with the plastic bag, i wanted small size but he was insisting to take bigger bag and said he don't have any big plastic bag but again after few months i went to buy the same colour, i was told it was brand new but it was the same that i returned last time and i wanted to return and had 14 days to return it, all the tags on there, unworn, with the receipt, the staff went to call the manager and the manager was really rude and unprofessional, and said it had clear sign of wear which it didn?t as it was the one i returned few months back, which can only mean that they sold me a faulty returned trouser.
They Refused to return the item, spoke to me rudely, next time I will not be going to Hounslow moss, never! With that price tag I would expect a professional level of service, there are other highstreets ships selling suits who would love the business and would at least smile at the customers and deal politely.
THE MANAGER IS RUDE, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO EXPERIECNCE OF DELAING WITH CUSTOMER!

It's best not to work in a than to make yourself and others miserable. Staff seem dismissive, little knowledge of suit styles, costumers seem to bother them.

I went in to Hounslow Moss Bros today. I met Mr Hamayoun a sales person, he has got an amazing customer service skills, well behaved and helpfull person. I had planned to buy one thing but i bought 5 item. Thank you Hamayoun

Went to return a suit which I no longer wanted and had 14 days to return it, all the tags on there, unworn, with the receipt, the staff went to call the manager and both where rude and said it had clear sign of wear which it didn?t as I havnt worn it, which can only mean that they sold me a worn suit.
They Refused to return the item, spoke to me rudely and both unprofessional, next time I will not be going to moss. With that price tag I would expect a professional level of service, there are other highstreet ships selling suits who would love the business and would atleast smile at there customers.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, ESPECIALLY FROM THE MANAGER.

Usually i do shopping online. I went this store for the first time to return the items which i order online, so mean time i said to my husband to try blazer which we wanted to buy online i said will try first size in store so that will get easy to purchase online, which size we was looking for it, it was not displayed on the floor so one of the staff went inside to check for me, then other one of the staff said he will put order for me , i said no thank you i will put order online by myself at home, he been rude to me by saying ?if you want to buy online then why you waisted their time ???? ?.
I am confused now. If company is the same and i want to buy product from online by myself then why he needs to be so rude?.
Staff way of the dressing style was so good, like both staff were wearing blazer and they were looking soo smart & they were presenting their self as a professionals but the way of behaviour like illiterate person.
I never waisted their own personal time, they are there for to help customer and to do the same moss bros paying for them. Doesn?t matter customer want to buy product or not.
If they think they are wasting their time then why they are accepting the returnable items??
Hounslow MOSS BROS staff doesn?t know to give good service they insulting their customer if customer changes their mind.

I have visited the store a week ago looking for a suit for an event which is coming in
May. As Im quite busy it was really important to sort out the suit during this visit as I simply wouldn?t have time to roam around the city to look for something else. Gentleman named Paul (apologies if I misunderstood the name) was very polite and helpful. You can tell he has years of experience in customer service (I do work in customer service as well and that?s how I would expect the service to look like), I didn?t even check the price tags because I was very happy with his service. Despite our difference in age he could find an easy and relaxed way to talk to me. He has given me a lot of good tips which I wouldn?t think of (Im not a suit guy, Im completely opposite I would say and into streetwear) pinned my suit trousers and sent for alterations to company?s tailor for an reasonable fee. Simply amazing. Thank you Paul for your help.
