Very bad service, after they have cut off their working hours, have to wait for ages to access or safe deposit box now. Always one colleague to serve the customers who have queries or want to access the box.. Employ more staff Metro, have downgraded your customer service by cutting the staff and your hours.

I like the bank itself, but the service is very bad. The bank is large, but there are not many service personnel, there is only one person at the cashier, there is always a queue. This repels me and I will probably have to move to a better bank, where the service is faster.

I went to the bank and one of the staff member (Mr Ronak Patel) refused to open a account and told us 3 hours before the closing time that 2 people were before us there and it will take more than 2 hours and it's not possible to make it today. It's the third time we went to the bank and it was the same guy with the same excuse. There is no value for customer service, Mr Manak refused to arrange appointment and told us to go to another branch. Very rude and very disappointed

Terrible. Wanted to open account at 1pm Saturday. Was told they couldn't serve me as only have 1 staff and already 7 people waiting so won't have time before they close at 4pm. Ridiculous, turning away new customers. Not enough staff, customer hsve to pay for poor staffing management.

I had visited the bank today. Like every bank even in this bank I had to wait which is very normal.. you have to keep your patience. Then I was attended by Amy. She is really very good lady with good knowledge of work and skills. Very good customer service. She is an asset to the company.
Her politeness is the best thing.
I hope she gets a chance of getting promoted for further positions
