We have come at 5pm to open an account and they sent us home saying come tomorrow afternoon which we did, and then they told us they?re fully booked and can?t help us, so we went down the street to open TSB bank.

I had an excellent experience recently with great service from Donish.I had forgotten my log in details and needed a new card.Getting help from people who actively want to assist is a refreshing experience and one I really appreciated.With branches open 362 days a year, and at decent times, really helps and makes my life a lot easier.

Every time I go there, I face people with huge altitudes. Not to talk about that every person has different rules. For example. I go there and I want 2k cash. Ones is ok NO problem, next time No you can't withdraw more than 1k without request. Next time is again OK. Or simply requesting overdraft. I have to explain how much I'm making then credit check. All good so far. But noo they need bank statements. Xaxaxa Finally, they printed the statements for 3 months because this is my only personal account. Don't have with another bank. Made me underline my income payments BUT that wasn't enough. Then they decided to print statements for 1y.That was the point of my patience and I left. BTW manager that day was talking and loking me and the staff with face like he owns the bank. Disgusting !!!

In Hounslow branch very bad customer service and manager and assistant and staff are not professional !!!!They don't respect customer time the computer system very slow if you want to do something there in your a count MINIMUM TIME WILL BE 45-60 MINUTES!!!I spent hours there to get bank card that I can use it on a board but unfortunately at the end they gave me card doesn't work !!! need to come back again to solve this issue .....

Best part is, they are open on weekends. Went to deposit cash and to apply for a cc. Amy was very friendly and helpful. (We interacted with a few other bank reps in the branch and unfortunately they were not as pleasnt or helpful). Overall, a good experience and would recommend metro bank.

The worst bank I?ve ever been, no facilities, the staff working there specifically the lady who is the management she was very unfriendly, bad behavior and not helping at all, that was the worst behavior I?ve ever seen in my 10 years life in London, not professional behavior, not respecting you as a client, not happy to help you. Not proper look at the branch, other branches they are alll very clean and good looking but she was very very dirty that I couldn?t smell anything around her and got headache because of her smell. Not good English accent that had to ask her for 5 times because of her pronunciation. I don?t know even how this perfect bank could hire someone like her, that?s a shameeeeee????????????????????????????????????????

As I got the e-visa instead of a physical one, it is hard for me to open a bank account online. The staff here is nice and patient, they helped me to figure out the solutions! Thanks a lot for the staff, especially Jagraj!
