Food was ordered from the Mcdonalds app via Mcdelivery. My mcmuffin was missing, and it took 30 mins for me to get a refund, the number of the delivery man given was blocked. Food was cold by the time I got a refund, which takes up to 15 days to refund into your account. They make it so hard to contact for support
