Another late night 12 hr shift i ordered 2 main meals for myself and family member, got home only 1 burger, that's not the first time this store messed up my order, last time the mcflurry was missing, when I then went back with another order, I mentioned it to the manager, he got confrontational and demanded I proved it, I was so disappointed I left the store without my order. What's the point of this McDonald's they seem to be only interested in serving the delivery service drivers.. I will go back to request the other burger let's see what they say

Ordered through the app to go through the drive thru and put no egg on my wrap and received one with eggs in vile. Went in and was told they didn?t see it said no egg when on the wrap it?s self it says no egg, very rude staff

Unbelievable how many idiots. Just order a simple large Cola without ice and i got a smoothie and + someone else's order. Is not the first time it happened i highly recommend close the place down is useless.

BEWARE. PARKING SCAM.
All of the below is probably done by someone who gets paid to sit through hours of recordings through CCTV as some of the examples I have found on reviews are exactly with same M.O.
If you visit it twice in a day for example entered 8 AM for breakfast and again for 2 PM for Lunch. They will use your entrance time at 8AM and exit time for 2 and send you a fine.
If you are parked anywhere else in their yellow lines or stopped whilst still in the car, when kids go and get stuff, you will be fined.
If you are 1 inch away from parking lines especially with big cars, you will get a fine
If you are parked in disable bay just to collect an order or for got to display disable badge they will zoom in your car windows and check the recordings to issue fines.
Even if you are 2 minutes over 60 minutes, you will get a fine.
There is a big scam, check MET parking services for Google and Trustpilot Reviews.
They and mcdonalds work hand in hand and share profits. MCDONALDS WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WILL WASH THEIR HANDS. They have sold their souls and ripping clients off. I for one will be completely boycotting MCD. It's reached their CEO several years ago and still no action. You can reat reviews of parking services going back years and find the same. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS! SPENT £40 THERE AND NOW YOU ASKING FOR ANOTHER £100

Food was ok but the tables were dirty, and when i had to use the restroom a cleaner was in there, but it was odd as he came too close to the urinals when they were in use, then I saw him within the restaurant handling the pads for the kids to draw on, disgusting ?
