As a former carer, I don?t recommend this agency at all because they treat certain carers, especially us good English speakers and British ones, as slaves. They laugh at you if a client is threatening you, tell you off if a client has physically attacked you and then tells you to take the verbal abuse from the client, and the physical abuse from family members. They cut your calls saying that so and so doesn?t like you. They threaten you with social services. Head Office also harasses you if your transport is delayed and shouts down the phone at you, and blackmails you 24/7. The agency Manager makes you work even harder and then only gives you two days off in four months. They don?t care if you have a bad back and are a chronic pain sufferer. You are nothing to them. Please avoid this agency if you can.
