....Beyond disappointment. My appt was cancelled on the same day I had the appt. I booked eyebrows tinting and eyelashes lifting and tinting. I was too exited to get them done for an especial occasion, but obviously I cannot book it anywhere else anymore on the same day. It's really not nice to have the appt cancelled on the same day and not having time to book it anywhere else. The same way the costumers are asked to share with enough time in advance if they need to cancell the appt, the professionals should have some consideration towards us, and let us know with couple days notice so we can rearrange it. So bad...Im never booking again here.

AMAZING!!!! I have had my eyelashes done 9 times before and I am pleased to say that I am definitely always coming to this salon. Humaira does the best eyelashes in Hounslow, she really takes time to understand what you are looking for. Before starting your lashes she makes sure that you are happy with what you have chosen. I arrived at my appointment time and was told they?d moved my appointment to tomorrow. They?d tried calling me once but because I hadn?t picked up then, they didn?t try to get in contact with me in any other way. Didn?t get much of an apology at all. Wasted my time and money getting there and back because of their lack of communication.

I booked a Hollywood Hot Wax appointment and the salon had great customer service as well as great pricing. I got my wax done by Soma and I?m extremely happy with the results. This is the worst salon ever one of the rudest people you?ll see in there and they cancelled my appointment without asking me last time and when called them back why was my appointment cancelled she said due to weather conditions when the weather was 7? and nothing was going on than all of a sudden she was so rude like they have some anger issues I do not recommend this to anyoneJust seen there once before and they were rude to an old uncle infront of me and the salon was very dirty I went for Hollywood waxing
