Really great experience shopping in this store. Foyzul took the time to show us multiple items and was patient with us whilst we decided which one to go for. We needed help with an item after the purchase and Foyzul went above and beyond to help us. We were given such good customer service, we decided that we will make all future LV purchases through this store with him. Really good service you can count on. Thanks again!

Don?t waste your time in this store until you want to ruin your days for the following days.The worst LV store in the world EVER. The staff don?t ship you products you pay for until you make so many phone calls to customer service explaining again and again that you don?t get what you pay for, and they still don?t respond and act like nothing happened which is ridiculous.

Had a fantastic experience in the store on our recent visit, Emma part of the management team was amazing, looked after us admirably and when my elderly parents were looking to purchase Emma was amazing!It was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by such an amazing staff member, the best we experienced in all of the designer boutiques in terminal 5Thanks Emma, your a real credit to LV ??

Visited the store last week and was spoken to very disrespectfully by Farah Latif. Was trying to show off infront of her colleagues. Very immature and disgusting attitude a complete disgrace to Louis Vuitton.

Such a great experience in here this morning! Was greeted by an amazing staff member named Emma. She was so helpful and made our experience today. She even booked us an appointment in another country on our holidays, to able us to view the products we wanted!Emma really stood out for us today, thank you so much!

Went here today. And had the best shopping experience at LV! Thanks to the lady with the wonderful name Manisha. She made me feel welcomed and in the best hands.Will definitely come back here, when I return to London.
